Not qualified to be a 4 star hotel, just like 1-2 star only. Very old and dirty, really need renovation, not worth to pay this price. The good point is the hotel is located in the old town, easy to walk to the sightseeing points. Also there is a very big car park just next to the hotel, very convenient if u have a car.

A nice hotel with good views outside and close to shops and retaurants. However, the room is a bit small esp the bathroom!

除了停车场很大要走的比较远，3人房间有点小外，地点非常非常方便，很愉快的住宿经验，晚上还可以走到河边吹风看人遛狗！

一路自驾基本都定Mecure，房间准四星，很不错，停车相当方便，住店停车费打八折

飯店位在臨近教皇宮等景點，走路到熱鬧的購物區也僅有5~10分鐘的距離。我們住的房型比較高，所以房間內有膠囊咖啡機。床舖乾淨，飯店有電梯適合帶行李的客人。

除了近Pont D'avignon 之外, 其他沒有特別, 房間冷氣好像壞了, 很熱. 如果你搭TGV, 這酒店位置是很偏遠的, 當初訂時被Avignon Center 誤導了, 以為好近, 原來Avignon 有兩個火車站, 另一個叫Avignon TGV, 這個才是遊客會搭的火車, 請hotels.com更改酒店資訊.

Staff were friendly, convenient location for walking to restaurants and places of interest. Lovely town, full of history

Rather tired and small rooms. Good location for city sites. Parking description is misleading as this is a multi-storey car park with a couple of unloading spaces as you drive in - anyone booking will get an email explaining this but it is certainly NOT the hotels secure car park!

Leider nicht die beste Erfahrung was Servicequalität beim Einchecken und Parken betrifft. Frühstück lohnt sich nicht, wieder nur Minimalversion für viel Geld.

Un hôtel incroyablement bien situé (1mn à pied du palais des papes) mais très défraîchi un peu indigne de ses 4 étoiles. En revanche le personnel est très sympathique. Mention spéciale à Virginie du front desk! Très bon petit déjeuner. L’accès direct au parking depuis l’hôtel est un atout indéniable.
