Excellent. Value for money.

Room was clean and spacious, staff was friendly. It’s not right in Old Quebec but not a far walk or Uber ride.

Very nice newly renovated room with nice small touches. Very quiet and comfortable. In a great location to access the local entertainment.

My room was not serviced (someone dropped towels - but room was not cleaned after my first night stay). Little effort by front desk staff when I was calling and asking about possible options for early check in, even around 15:30 when standard check in was advertised for 16:00 (so 30 mins before check in - it still took a lot of questions on my part to get the staff to finally answered that their was a room ready). Overall a nice hotel !

The staff was really helpful and extremely nice. Always sure to greet us when we passed and the rooms were kept in great shape

Very nice hotel, art deco decor. Room was spacious and loved that the room had a refrigerator and rain shower. We visited the attached restaurant and bar and they were super friendly! Also, many local restaurants within a couple of blocks. The negatives were the location for visiting the historic district, mostly uphill walk , but there is always ride share or bus options. We walked and it wasn’t too bad if you’re in decent shape. Would recommend staying here especially since it is more economical than old town.

The property was a small hotel but was well kept and updated. The room was spacious and in order. The staff was excellent. The food was excellent. Well done Royal William Keep it up. My daughter chose that hotel for her travels to your city and was not disappointed.

Tout ce qui concerne le personnel et l'état des lieux était A-1. Le seul point moins bon était le fait qu'il y a de la construction devant l'entré principale et peu ou pas d'espace pour le débarquement des bagages à l'arrière.

Magnifique accueil, chambre vaste, décoré avec goût. Le personnel était extrêmement poli et sympathique. Seul point de détail, le pommeau de la douche avait tendance à ne pas tenir en place lorsque nous l'ajustions. J'ai vraiment adorer et nous reviendrons sûrement! Thierry et Axel

Super clean upon arrival! Loved the spacious room and clean bathroom! The fan in the washroom didn’t work, even after we asked a concierge to come check it. We also had to cleaning done to our room…it was a 3 night stay over the weekend and when we enquired with the front desk they said the cleaners didn’t have time to get to it as they leave early, I’m not too sure what’s up with that.
