火車站往酒店只要6分鐘。酒店往市中心也方便。房間算寬闊，但三人房間的浴室也是用玻璃門，私隱度有問題。冷氣不夠涼。早餐不錯，選擇很多。露台外是瑞士村莊景色，是我主要訂這酒店的原因。可惜被分配在二樓，被酒店前方的建築物阻擋了一部分，有點失望。員工盡責有禮。

Very good location! I enjoy the breakfast and SPA very much. The room is big and clean. The staff is helpful. They have a specific webpage for me to login and we could communicate very effectively. This is a very good choice in Grindlewald.

房間可以，可是用完 / 用過物品不會主動補充，要求再取用時，卻要查問原因。 另一美中不足是，浴室淋浴設施又逼又細，肥胖一點也考功夫呢。

我因事將房間讓出給朋友住, 房型是大床或雙人床, 當時已要求盡量安排雙人床, 因為是兩個男士同住 check out 那天酒店要求加錢, 因雙人床視為upgrade, 在出示證明及協商後才同意不加收費用.

Within 5 mins walk from Grindelwald station. Nicely decorated. Impressive breakfast variety, quality and service. The room was big and more than sufficient for 2 persons. My room was not a mountain view one but the view on the other side is also great, with a rather big balcony.

Great location, very near to the train station and also the village. Staff are nice and willing to help. The view from the hotel is also excellent. Breakfast is good with lots of choices.

Nice and helpful staff, we arrived a bit early and were welcomed by welcome drink, breakfast is good. Mountain view from our room is incredible. There are game room, swimming pool, jacuzzi, suit for family. We did enjoy our stay at this hotel.

Overall is ok.but housekeeping is bad.and the location is not so good.we need to walk a little bit to the mainstreet. They have a good breakfast.

The balcony view is good (face swimming pool & outdoor spa) , but my friend said they feel noisily due to train pass at mid night. There is no dining place nearby except hotel restaurant, and the supermarket close at 7pm, so we try candle light dinner at hotel restaurant and enjoy good service provided.

you can have super good view from the room...and it provides nice spa and warm swimming pool.

Great location, good access to the town, trains and cable cars. We came in April so no queues. The view from our bedrooms was amazing. Breakfast was continental but also included egg, bacon etc I would stay again.

Slow internet at night, construction in progress, single tight elevator
