gym room too small. no air cond in room. reasonable compensation for no air cond upon strong request.

房間整潔，感覺上比較舊，下次再來，仍會考慮再次入住

停車場lift維修停用，攞住行李要行樓梯。得兩部lift上房住客，有一部維修停用。在另一部lift裡面，機件嘈吵又震盪好似想墮下，好恐怖！

熱水不熱，早上有嘈雜聲

地點方便, 就在 i360 對面, Brighton 海濱, 環境不錯, 附近食店很多很多選擇, 酒店早餐非常好, 但酒店設施明顯有點舊, 要求不高都可以

The staff are polite but poor Wi-Fi, the air-conditioning is not cold enough, no refill of shampoo and shower gel.

The toilet didn’t flush properly. No mini fridge in room. Needed renovating badly. For £150 a night very over priced. Would not stay there again.

After checking in we found the air conditioning was not working, tried to call the front desk and phone was not working, nor was the TV. Had to walk back down to reception where we were told we were pre warned about the air conditioning ( we were not!!) and there was a fan in the room- there wasn’t. The lady argued saying there was and said in regards to the phone not working- most hotels don’t have phones anymore anyway. When she came to our room, she finally agreed we indeed did not have a fan. One was delivered- but it literally just moved the hot air around. The fan stopped working in the middle of the night and our toilet was on constant flush. Location wise, this hotel is great. But this hotel needs serious maintenance and updating and until this is done, I’d personally avoid.

Nice hotel on the seafront. Modern feel to the decor. Rooms was clean and well appointed. Got a decent price via Expedia and very happy all round with booking.

Hotel was very accommodating for my elderly in-laws. Good amenities. Great location. Parking bit tricky as space at a premium. Overall very happy with our short break.

We stayed in 404 side sea view,I wouldn’t say the added cost for the side sea view was justified.The bathroom has been updated but the room not,a fan was on upon arrival and well received. We parked onsite which was a good idea as Brighton parking is ridiculous.The hotel is situated on the seafront further along towards Hove so ideal for the cricket as the county ground is 1 mile from the hotel,£6 one way for a taxi.overal would stay again for the money saved on parking.

Run-down and grossly overpriced. No air-conditioning and no fan, and the window barely opened, so it was hotter in the room than it was outside. Room overlooked student accommodation and there were very loud parties until c.3am and c.5am on the two nights I stayed. When I was finally able to sleep the bottle bins were emptied in the alley underneath the window at 06:30. Complete shambles.

We parked in the basement which was amazing in the heatwave! Hotel was clean and although it is dated it is tidy and room was clean. Air conditioning was not working but the room was cool and an effective fan was placed for us. Bed was really comfortable and hotel was great location.

Nice hotel, perfect position for The Brighton Centre. Lovely big airy room, a little tired in places & sadly no air-con due to refurbishment but the provided fan was a nice touch. I would definitely stay again (once the refurb has finished).

We had Premium room, unfortunately no aircon;( heat in the room was unbearable in this weather-my kiddo got heat rashes . Sofa bed was also very uncomfortable to sleep. Pros: brilliant location, great breakfast, clean room and toilet, iron, kettle and mini fridge in room just a bonus. I wouldn’t recommend for family with kids as very hot in the room.

Lovely stay and the hotel is right on the beach, does not get better than that !

Great stay! Really enjoyed our stay in Brighton last weekend. This was a very pleasant hotel, perfectly situated for the beach and other Brighton attractions. We received a friendly welcome, the room was pleasant and the breakfast was great. There are some areas of the hotel that could do with a little TLC and modernisation, but nothing too bad. Would definitely stay here again.
