房間整潔，感覺上比較舊，下次再來，仍會考慮再次入住

停車場lift維修停用，攞住行李要行樓梯。得兩部lift上房住客，有一部維修停用。在另一部lift裡面，機件嘈吵又震盪好似想墮下，好恐怖！

熱水不熱，早上有嘈雜聲

地點方便, 就在 i360 對面, Brighton 海濱, 環境不錯, 附近食店很多很多選擇, 酒店早餐非常好, 但酒店設施明顯有點舊, 要求不高都可以

The staff are polite but poor Wi-Fi, the air-conditioning is not cold enough, no refill of shampoo and shower gel.

Was expensive, but overall stay was good, friendly staff although parking was quite stressful.

Staff were exceptional at this hotel, it's a bit old and could do with some minimal updates, but service, friendliness, convenience and location are unbeatable, nice sized room fofr x 3 people too. I would stay here again

Nice hotel, clean room

The hotel was clean, well appointed and in a very good beachside location. The only downside was the apparently thin walls. We could hear the people in the room next door arguing very clearly when they came in at 3am. Better sound insulation required.

Staff were helpful from checking in to checking out. The hotel was very clean but going through an upgrade so some areas were a bit jaded regarding decor. Our room was beautifully clean and the beds were comfortable but the pillows weren’t great and could have done with being replaced. Breakfast was great.

Super lage, verfügt über eigenes Parkhaus. Freundliches Personal. Wände sind etwas dünn. Konnten die Nachbarn immer beim sprechen hören.

Room was spacious and at first seemed very quiet, however when rooms either side were occupied sound carried very easily. No air con or heating working therefore a fan and plug in heater were in the room

Their system said I had not paid for breakfast, I had. The room was not cleaned without my insistence, apparently they were too busy! Spent 90 mins in foyer while it was done. Room keys did not work very well. Changed but still not working properly. Woken just before midnight on final night, banging on door, He refused to say who it was, Said I had to prove who I was as no one should be in the room. No apology given. A man banging on my door just before midnight telling me to identify myself to him smacks of the travel lodge incident where women are put at risk. Following morning, no apology, blaming the company we booked through, finally offered a small refund which I am having to claim through a third party. I had very little sleep after the incident. Left as soon as possible as I was left feeling very uncomfortable. There was a real sense that I was an inconvenience. All problems were the fault of anyone but them. Very poor customer service. Not a good experience at all. Returned home far more tired than when I left. Not good fro a short break.

showers were not working, the place is a mess and not like the photos. Staff were not easy to deal with like other Holiday Inns I have stayed in....never again

It is very unclean, shower is very moldy and so are the bathroom walls in general. Seems to be an issue in all Holiday Inn hotels.

Friendly staff. Clean and spacious room. Great buffet breakfast with a good range of choices. Very close to beach.

Very basic ,old ,outdated rooms . Bed was comfortable .Main reception and communal areas absolutely freezing . Breakfast was good - - stay if it's the only place you can afford
