No windows in the room. No chairs, nothing on the walls. Very stark

Room was supposed to have a city view but it was a view if the wall of the next building. But the staff were fantastic and the room was very nice.

I think hotel is pretty new in the area because construction in the rooms was new. It was safe comfortable walking distance close to shopping, restaurants tourist sites etc. Lobby is simple but has its own charm. They are renovating to add the bar and restaurant on the first floor. They eliminated the rooftop. There is no gym or pool. Great lobby area on each floor. Family and child friendly. Staff were super friendly helpful and exceptionally knowledgeable about the area. When you get dropped off your car cant stand there for long. I booked a queen bed with city view. Should be sky view because you can only see the sky and top of other buildings but there is great natural light that comes through large windows. One big plus was the temperature control in the room and the ac worked very well. Bedding was super comfortable and clean. Bathroom super clean spacious and great perks like loofah, personal kit with nail file qtips etc. Water pressure was great and warm water was readily available. Entire bathroom has marble wall tiles and floor to give it a luxiours touch. Also had an iron and blow dryer but no microwave. Refrigerator was tall and bigger than in other hotels worked perfectly and has mini freezer. Lights are modern and make the room cozy and welcoming. Floor tiles are a beautiful modern design and windows have blackout curtains. Quiet ambiance. Highly recommend this hotel. It was a taste of comfort, relaxation and peacefulness.

Clean room, good air conditioning, great location, right on Calle Fortaleza, where all the action is at. You won’t need an Uber to go to the most famous places in PR.

Nice hotel in Old San Juan. Staff was nice and the hotel is close to shopping and dining along with the cruise ports. Updates and clean.

This is hotel is super clean and in an excellent location! The room was spacious, great decor, and very, very clean. The only drawback is that it is full of elegant tile. While very pretty sound carries into the rooms. Also, if you want natural sunlight, you need to book a city view room. Warm water only in shower. I would definitely stay here again.

No hot water. Hotel was undergoing major construction. They did not notify me about the construction until a few days before arriving.

Great location. Check in time was supposed to be 4PM but rooms weren't ready until 6:30 because they only had 1 housekeeper for the whole place! Room was large and clean, A/C worked great, but no lighting in bedroom just 2 small dim lamps. Coffee machine in lobby and room, but no cups available. No tissues. They told us to use toilet paper instead. Hotel is new and modern and clean. But management needs to attend to basic necessities.

Perfect location- close to everything!! The staff was super friendly and helpful. However there’s still some construction and so no restaurant or access to rooftop.
