I had a fantastic stay at Mystays Yokohama. The room was spacious and well-maintained, offering a comfortable environment to relax after a long day of exploring. The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, being near the train station, which made getting around Yokohama and beyond a breeze. One of the highlights was the pillow—so comfortable that I ended up purchasing one for myself! The staff were friendly and attentive, making my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend Mystays Yokohama for anyone looking for a great place to stay in the area.

จองห้องพักแบบไม่สูบบุหรี่ แต่พอไปถึงพนักงานให้ห้องพักแบบสูบบุหรี่ และให้เหตุผลว่าแขกที่เข้ามาพักคนอื่นสูบเลยทำให้ในห้องมีกลิ่นบุหรี่ ห้องที่ได้เข้าพักคือห้อง401ซึ่งเป็นห้องที่สามารถสูบบุหรี่ได้ แต่ทางพนักงานแจ้งว่านี่คือห้องปลอดบุหรี่

MyStays Yokohama is a good affordable hotel. I spent 4 nights here. Only 10 mins to reach Yokohama station from Koganecho station which is only across the street. It gives me easy access to go to Tokyo, Nikko, Kamakura, Yokohama, Hakone and a transfer to Kyoto from Shin-Yokohama. The room is ok, but I think they gave me a double room instead of a queen room because the room is so small. I didn't complain to change the room because I only need the room to sleep. The cozy bed and clean bathroom is more than enough for me. Refrigerator and electric kettle in the room and a microwave in front of the elevator added the value of staying here, because I can stock food and beverage during my stay.

Saya dan keluarga menginap selama 4 hari di Mystays Yokohama. Bangunan dan resepsionis terlihat baru tetapi kamar dan juga kamar mandi serta perabotan agak lama (kurang modern) tetapi fasilitas lengkap ada lift, microwave (ada didepan lift setiap lantai), dekat dengan minimarket, dekat dengan stasiun (yang paling dekat adalah Koganecho Station yang letaknya disebrang hotel, yang kedua adalah Bandobashi Station jalan sekitar 6 menit), wifi lancar, breakfast lumayan, resepsionis bahasa inggrisnya cukup bagus. Kebetulan saya dapat smoking room karena non-smoking roomnya penuh, awal masuk aroma rokok tercium sekali tapi setelah jendela dibuka baunya dapat hilang.
