位置近購物區，步行15-20分鐘到達春天百貨及老佛爺百貨，附近多食肆選擇，步行2分鐘有間中型超市，可買麵包三文治、鲜榨橙汁做早餐或午餐，方便觀光及省時間。酒店附近是民居及對面有間餐廳及什貨店，還有警署，治安良好，夜歸也安全。酒店職員可講流利英語，熱心指教住客乘公共車，酒店也近地鐵站。雖然房間不算大，但仍可同時打開兩個篋。環境衛生清潔，無異味。佈置新穎。大堂佈置雅緻，每天下午二時至晚上十一時，免費提供冷熱水，可沖咖啡、茶包及吃牛角包。

Great hotel and super friendly staff!

Die 2 Zimmern und das Bad waren sehr sauber. Das 1-Bett war eine Sofa , sehr unbequem, haben Metalteilen rausgehängt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit. Die Frühstückstischen waren eher zu klein Es gab ein Lift bis zum 6-ten Stock-Super!

This place saved us for our trip. When you think of travel, you think of recommendations for food, museums etc. You don't think about how you are treated when you have a medical emergency requiring surgery in a foreign country. Charlotte the manager when out of out way to expend our stay- it was at great lengths and quite a challenge. She said to me "There are no problems, only solutions". She let the staff know and there was always someone being as helpful as they possibly could be. I was almost in tears, as everything in the city was booked, and thinking about my medically fragile husband moving around a day after surgery terrified me. In addition, they are just as sweet and helpful as could be. To everyone we saw. Helping with luggage, asking how your day was, etc. Hotel is on a relatively quiet street and the metro line that goes to so much is right there. Will definitely stay again.

The most expensive hotel room I’ve ever had in my life and I couldn’t even stream a show over the WiFi.

They have ac and are close to good restaurants and boulangerie and the metro

Fantastic hotel in a great neighborhood!!! So convenient to local Boulangeries, Restaurants, and Bars and a short walk to the train station and bus stops. Very friendly staff and beautifully renovated rooms. Comfortable bed, strong a/c, convenient reading lights, and perhaps the best shower I have ever experienced. Pro tips: 1) It's a 40 minute walk from the Nord train station so recommend an Uber or bus. 2) insert your room key in the little black box to allow room lights to be turned on. There are so many options when choosing where to stay in Paris that it can be overwhelming, but we were extremely pleased with our choice to stay at Le Grey.

パリ中心のサンラザール駅から近く、電気ポットや冷蔵庫、スリッパ、ドライヤー、金庫などのアメニティが揃っている。バスタブがないのが唯一残念だが、フランスのホテルでは仕方がないところ。フロントの方は皆気さくで、日本人だと分かると英語で話しかけてくれる。是非またパリに行く機会があれば泊まりたいホテルである。

The room was very spacious with 2 separate bedrooms for our family of 4. The room was clean and the location was great for our adventures.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff was fantastic, very helpful, and spoke English. The breakfast was top-rate and delicious. The rooms were larger than we expected, clean, and comfortable. We would highly recommend this Hotel and will come back when we visit again.

Hotel doesn’t look like a 4 star hotel, it’s mostly 3 star.Breakfast was minimal, very small choice Staff were very friendly and helpful, specially a lady named Maya who helped out at the breakfast was very nice. When I booked a hotel from Expedia, the room I saw online at the picture was completely different from what I was thinking I booked, very small! Compared to the room I booked in Milan ( same vacation week)was same as I aspected like it was on the picture.

Nice and clean environment, very nice and helpful staff. Overall a really nice stay!

The staff was excellent. Pleasant, helpful and efficient. The rooms are Paris sized. That means there is no extra room, but there is a closet and the bathrooms are a good size. We would stay here again.

I did not like the hotel, it is clean but not a nice hotel. It is more a 3 stars hotel. Morning staff were good but night staff were not helpful

Everything was great

Some staff members were more helpful and friendlier than others. Could be because of the language barrier but a couple of staff members seemed annoyed when approached with questions or requests. Location was convenient if you don’t mind walking or taking public transportation. We enjoyed all walks and felt safe! Hotel was clean. Enjoyed the complimentary coffee and tea.
