Stay was for a small vacation with our 3 kids. My sister and her husband and 2 kids also booked a room to join us. We booked this hotel specifically for the pool and water slide. The pool was closed for maintenance during our stay. We spent two days explaining to 5 kids between 2 and 5 why they couldn’t use the pool. We would have appreciated the hotel telling us ahead of time that the pool would be closed so we could change our booking. We won’t be back.

We had no water for a full day until 8 at night, zero sympathy of leaving a prepaid room two days early as my daughter passed away. Never again to use Expedia OR Clarion.

Pool and hot tub were closed. Suite was clean and roomy. Staff was great

Pullout couch was broken and that was the main reason why we chose that room.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay in the king suite. It was spacious and quiet, clean and look forward to another stay. Highly recommend as it was the first cold snap this holiday season and had access to indoor parking, which I didn’t know was part of the hotel. The restaurant service and food was also excellent.

Heated underground parking & heated tiles in the washroom in my room were great features during a cold winter stay. I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel.

The security was used multiple times during our stay due to guests on level 3 and it was a bit unerving.

Friendly staff, comfortable beds, and the room was spacious. However, when we had to move the couch to make room for a cot, there was visible debris that must've been there for some time. But I didn't call front desk to let them know, due to arriving late, plus we were all tired.
