Even though the property was dealing with evacuated people and had little to no vacancy it was a quit building and sound was not travelling room to room and through the hallways

It was unfortunate to see the evacuated residents displaced. It was nice that the hotel accommodated the Red Cross.

I had such a lovely experience staying at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. The check-in process was smooth and friendly, and I immediately felt at home. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. I enjoyed the quiet, restful atmosphere and the super comfy bed. What stood out most was the genuine hospitality. Everyone I encountered went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. I’ll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a truly pleasant and memorable stay.

The Pool was the Highlight for the Grandaughters

Great place to stay. Issues with elevator, but that was communicated well and was in process of getting repaired. Great water slide and pool Highly recommend this place. Jeff

Property was exceptionally clean, modern rooms, and pool wasn’t busy at all! All in all an awesome stay!

The beds were horrible. Very lumpy, too soft and uncomfortable. You sunk right down Having a few extra garbage bags in the room would be nice instead of having to go find someone to get some. Continental breakfast would have been nice considering the price of the rooms.

Clean, awesome pool, comfy beds

The front desk person (even with a lineup of people checking in, phones ringing, and other guests wanting service) didn't lose her "cool", apologized for the wait, was very polite and helpful. Amazing!

Too good, bests service

It was clean but had to have maintenance come twice to unplug toilet we have not used yet. They were good to fix right away and were good to work with.

Great pool and slide for young kids

Clean and quiet.

All the staff I encountered were very friendly and helpful. The food was extremely fresh and delicious. I would highly recommend the Clarion in Brandon.

We were a larger group- 8 adults, 4 children. Our rooms were clean and spacious. Beds very comfy. One room had issue with no lights in bathroom- fixed fairly promptly but then the same thing occurred the next day- again fixed fairly quickly! Our room had poor signal for the TV and lost signal quite often in the bedroom, the tv in the “living room space” was fine. Unfortunately, the pool had to close our last day there so the kids weren’t able to swim before checking out but otherwise, everyone enjoyed the pool area a the other day. staff were very friendly and helpful!!

Outside is very dated but inside was nice and clean. I travel a lot and never have I seen 2 security guards with vest in the swimming pool area intimidating the kids. They picked on the kids for everything non stop. I finally had to ask them not to talk to my kids anymore as the kids in the pool area were all frightened by the constant knit picking of the power hungry security guards. Will not be back!
