Good quiet location and the restaurant was good- recommend any time

Easy access, plenty of parking space, good sleep, friendly staff.

Dated bathroom. Carpet on first floor needs replacement. Lift out of order.

We stop regularly at this hotel when travelling from the UK to our home in France via Brittany Ferries service to Caen. This time, arriving at 22h45, our check-in was fast and welcoming, parking was easy, and our room spotless and newly refurbished. After a good night in the big comfortable bed, breakfast was ample and of good quality. We will be back!

Booked on recommendation from a friend. Great welcome by staff very helpful & they spoke English. Used as a stop after travelling back from Spain very close to Caen to get ferry back to Portsmouth

Great location within walking distance of the town. Unfortunately there was a strong smell of stale cigarette smoke in all of the corridors and in my room.

Fab for everyone even the dogs lovely grass area

The staff especially were amazing! Loved the pinball, darts and pool table.

Checked in late and was greeted by a charming Receptionist (who spoke good English). It is perfectly situated for anyone arriving from the Caen ferry and needs to travel south. The hotel is modern, functional and clean. I will certainly use it again.

This is a great hotel. Ibis seems to have tweaked its formula and now there are great common amenities like games (pool and pinball), lounges and a 24 hour bar. It is in a typical edge of town location, but, being a small town it’s definitely walkable to the centre. The staff were friendly and some spoke excellent English. The hotel was new and well maintained.

We felt this hotel ticked all the boxes for an efficient and therefore relaxing overnight stay while travelling to the coast. The staff were superb - helpful and efficient. Lovely breakfast set us up for the remainder of the journey with an extensive food choice. Relaxing bar was pleasant for a nightcap. Parking at the hotel was very easy and seemed very safe and well lit in the hotel grounds. Just off the main route to Caen. It quiet and relaxed.

Great location, good food choose, very clean & well kept, staff put all effort into making a Halloween night effect and it worked! Very impressed - and a surprise for me - nothing to moan about!

Great WIFI and lovely ibis kitchen attached which was a god send during the 2nd day staying here as it was a bank holiday and every where else was shut. Easy parking and would stay there again

Convenient position for going further into France. Very quiet at night and easy parking.

We stay regularly at this hotel on our way south from the ferry at Ouistreham. It is always a convenient and pleasant place to nightstop and is economical too. The only negatives are a) breakfast can be a bit haphazard and items are not always replenished promptly, or at all, and b) only 1 spare pillow is available in a double room, meaning that we always have to go and ask for an extra one. It makes more sense to have 2 spares, or none. Apart from those two minor grumbles we would highly recommend this hotel and Falaise is a very pleasant and interesting town to visit too.
