We select this hotel for one night of stop-over before we head towards airport Paris. In this aspect, the location is good coz it takes only 2 hours to reach Paris. We didn't expect too much from the hotel but the experience is a bit below what we expect. Major reason is the paint smell in the compact room, difficult to get rid of even we opened the window for a few hours. The surrounding area is OK if you like a bit of shopping in a big supermarket, named Auchan I remember correctly.

Room was clean, the only missing thing was bin liners both in the room and in the bathroom. A well thought outlay of the room, plenty of storage space and sitting, nice touch with the additional side table. Plenty of space to put your toiletries in the bathroom and a lovely, good pressure shower. Very friendly staff, at the reception and the bar. Although the resto was not open over the weekend, the bar was able to accommodate a nice little dinner for us, both weekend evenings. The save the maid a day’s cleaning for a free glass of tipple is also a welcome feature, especially as I prefer to make my own bed my own way, but I particularly appreciated the fact that the duvet was not tucked in all round the bed. All in all, we’re coming back when we are in the area. Thank you!

teleurgesteld in Novotel, te weinig personeel, ontbijt is basic en niet verzord (vb. gebakken eieren in grote pot, vies), bar meestal zonder personeel). Dit hotel voldoet niet aan de verwachtingen die je op hun website ziet.

Goede locatie voor tussenstop. Heerlijk gegeten in het restaurant waar de bediening erg vriendelijk en snel was. Kamer was schoon en we konden twee kinderbedjes krijgen. Ontbijt was ook prima! Aanrader

Très bien, très propre, grandes chambres, très bonne literie. Super petit déjeuner, un peu cher - mais le choix et l'abondance expliquent tout. Joli jardin.

We have stayed at this hotel for over 10 years, it’s just the best. We love the location whether for visiting christmas markets, or just travelling to the Alps and stopping off en-route. We love sitting in the lounge playing the games, especially pac-man. Rooms are very clean and spacious and staff always super friendly. Lots of restaurants walking distance from italian to lovely delis, or buffalo grill, also now serving food in the hotel itself too. Parking is easy and lots and safe.
