Great property , great service and amazing location

Beautiful hotel with a friendly eco feel. Staff was very professional, the bedroom was large with a patio and a very well organized bathroom. Parking is below the hotel with access to the elevator! Located in the heart of Arcachon with beach and shopping next door!

Beautiful hotel and wonderful staff

Only one complaint. Quite expensive breakfast but hot items were cold to barely lukewarm. Otherwise excellent in all respects.

The hotel is brilliantly situated on the seafront and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. The only downside is the hotel only has one lift so waiting times were sometimes long. But overall really excellent.

The most perfect location possible. The superior room was a very good size, well appointed and included fridge and beverages. The only criticism was that the double bed was actually 2 single beds attached to each other, which was not stated at the time of booking. The parking was excellent value for such a busy town and the staff were charming.

For my first holiday on my own I couldn't have picked a better hotel. I stayed three nights. The staff were friendly, the room was lovely, bed very comfortable. Theres a fridge which I bought fresh milk to put in for my tea. The TV has a good selection of English channels. The is a supermarket 5 minutes from the hotel which i bought brioche for breakfast each day. Will choose this hotel again.

Great location steps from the beach and restaurants. Very friendly staff. Big clean room. All perfect for stay in Arcachon.

The hotel is right on the beach. The staff were very friendly but not all spoke English.

A bright modern hotel, le B has a great location near the beach. The room was spacious, the shower fantastic and the bed was super comfortable. The decor was slightly scruffy, especially in the shower room and one of my pet grouses was that, with the tea and coffee in the room, they provide very small evaporated/condensed milks which are awful. In The UK we have the long life tots of milk which are miles better. I would definitely recommend this hotel and hope to return some time.

Great location, compact hotel & room, but pleasant & stylish. Breakfast busy, helpful staff but not big enough area for food so constant replenishing & slight wait though not a real problem with friendly service. Secure hotel underground parking, but max height 1.9m so no good for our VW Van with kayak on roof rack. Local street parking outside though & seemingly a very safe area as all absolutely fine.

Very well located hotel close to beach and restaurants and not far from station. Rooms very spacious and modern and nicely finished. Staff very friendly and helpful and speak English. Would highly recommend this hotel.
