Staff are kindly.

The staff was super friendly and easy to talk with. Very accommodating and showed concern that my stay was comfortable and hassle free. Will definitely book there again!

Little sketchy area. Construction going on. Could hear planes flying in

The shower was dropping water flowing too slow without pressure. (2) There was no water bottle in the room at keast for courtesy

It’s a very nice place to stay with a good complimentary breakfast. Local to most services the town has to offer. To pub in the hotel serves good food as well.

It was a awesome stay at the hotel. Very friendly staff and very clean. They have a very good breakfast spread in the morning. Will not disappoint when you stay there. Also lots of take out or restaurants close by. The restaurant next to the Hotel..Barneys had awesome food.

Good service and accomodation

This was the prob one of the worst hotel stays for me. I frequently stay at hotel as I fly out of town for work every week. Most times I just pick something inexpensive as it’s usually a quick trip. Those hotels give me exactly what I expected for the price I paid, some even surprised me with some great qualities. But this reservation was different. I was flying in from work but my husband came and met me and we were gonna have a date night. I looked in the area (we have to head south) for a nicer place than usual and seen this one. It looked great! Had a buffet breakfast and a hot tub, even a walk in shower…. And it looked really nice. I booked it and got none of those things. What we got was what looked like an older room that was not a vision of what was represented in my choosing a room. I picked a King room with a walk in shower that looked really spacious and nice. What we got was a tiny bathroom a tub. Plus we got placed right now by the pool where kids and adults were yelling and running around until 11 pm… so no peace and quiet and no hot tub either. Finally we just go to sleep. I wake up to go down to grab some breakfast, it’s about 10:10 and Expedia says the breakfast went until 11am. So none of the reasons I paid the extra and picked this place were actually true. I’m very disappointed. I won’t stay here again.

Excellent breakfast we stayed there before so we knew how nice it is. Price is comparable to any hotel equal to it.

A nice place to stay

Stayed here as it was close to the airport. Liked having a restaurant on site although children’s menu was lacking. Pool and water slide was great. Good breakfast. Airport shuttle was on schedule.

Super nice environment

Very clean and a comfortable bed

The front desk told my toddler to “shhhh” which I didn’t appreciate as I was leaving. The key for the fourth floor didn’t work, so we would have to walk to the 3rd floor and take the elevator up. One elevator was out of order. The pool was extremely cold. Check- in was at 4pm Check out was @ 11am The breakfast was good and they’re was lots of seating.

Very clean room and bedding. Fridge and microwave in the room is very good. Only low shower pressure and slow draining are cons.

We were greeted by the front desk with a smile. This is becoming unique, as most just welcome you. We had a nice room and the swimming pool and waterslide were nice. The breakfast was really amazing. The ladies greet you with a smile, and take your plates when done. It felt like a restaurant!
