飯店早餐不錯，整潔度也可以，附近比較多流浪漢跟黑人。

雖然小小的旅店，但是很有家的感覺！很喜歡！

离火车站1公里多， 打车10欧元。 酒店住宿环境不错。

3 days stay here with good breakfast , fresh fruit , variety selection,the reception and the people there are very nice , the Hotel location is just 5-10 minuter to the old town. The room is clean and comfortable ! The price is not too expensive as well. Will definitely to stay again !!!

Zimmer in gutem Zustand. Wenig Auswahl beim Frühstück

Nach einer Party Nacht habe ich Samstags um ca. 12 Uhr 15 leider keinen Kaffee mehr bekommen , das fand ich ein wenig Schade ! Der Snackautonat war am gestrigen Sonntag Abend ziemlich leer und es war nicht mehr für jedem etwas dabei . Einfach zwischen durch mal nachfüllen. Das Personal hingegen war sehr freundlich . Ich hatte ohne Frühstück gebucht , durfte mir aber Sonntag und Montag einen Kaffee ziehen . Dafür gab es auch einen Beitrag von mir für die Trinkgeldkasse ! Alles in allem....sehr gerne komme ich wieder !! Gruß Michael

Preis/Leistung war wirklich gut. Für eine Städtereise eine sehr gute Wahl

Personal ist top! Zimmer sind gut, nur leider im sommer viel zu warm, da es keine Klimaanlage gibt

Während der Unterkunft war kein warmes Wasser in der Dusche verfügbar. Das Problem wurde auch nach einem kompletten Tag nicht gelöst. Dass sollte besser behandelt werden.

Leuk hotel, netjes, schoon en vriendelijk personeel. Grootste nadeel van dit hotel is het gebrek aan koeling op twee warme dagen. Airco, die beloofd wordt, is volstrekt ontoereikend. Ga hier niet naar toe als het buiten warm is. Nooit zo’n slechte klimaatcontrolle meegemaakt.

Zentral gelegenes modernes Hotel. Zimmer klein aber zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Alles sehr sauber, mehr braucht man nicht! Gefrühstückt haben wir nicht, können wir daher nicht beurteilen. Sehr gutes Preis/leistungsverhältnis! Würde da wieder buchen!

Because of the automated check-in, you do have to wait until the allotted time. However, this is the only real drawback. The rooms are large and clean, the beds comfortable and the staff very helpful (if you ever even need them, given how well-organised things are). It’s a short walk into Aachen centre, but you can get the bus, if needed.

Frühstück unterirdisch. Es fehlte immer was. Eigentlich ab 6:00 (F1 Wochenende). Brötchen Samstag ab 6:45, Sonntag erst 6:10 geöffnet, wieder fehlten Sachen, Kaffeemaschine nicht bereit.

Budget vriendelijke overnachting met basis voorzieningen. Goed ontbijt. Achterkant is zeer stil

毎日ベッドメイキングされていて良かった。置きっぱなしにしてた荷物も触られること無くて良かった。 しかし、エアコンが上手く効かないことや、シャワーの温度調節が難しすぎること、何故かチェックインを後回しにされたこと、レセプションに人が居ない時間が長いことが不満であった。

空調が効いていないため暑い。外の方が涼しい

Nettes und praktisches Hotel für 1-2 Nächte. Der Service ist eher Basic und die Gegend fühlt sich im dunkeln eher nicht so toll an. Um 1-2 Tage die Stadt anzuschauen aber okay.

Ein Basichotel ohne groß Schnickschnack.

It was so hot in the hotel, and there was so much noise from the street that my daughter and I couldn't sleep. The front desk staff was pretty impersonal and lacked customer service skills. Was also told this place had "ventilation" if would be somewhat comparable to having air conditioning before booking. When we arrived we were told the "ventilation" blew hot air, and indeed it did. What kind of special "ventilation" is that? The kind that should be standard in every high occupancy building? Anyways, we stayed one night and checked out. And that was entirely too long of a stay in this hell hole. Will never return.
