Swim-up bar was awesome. Property is on the beach and you can see the ocean even from the pool!

I’m not one to leave reviews, but I feel like it could benefit here extremely well.. My second time to Cancun. First was an absolute blast, figured this would be a similar experience. Restaurant was ALWAYS “full” even when I tried to make a reservation at 10am… Couldn’t make a reservation for the following day, had to be the day of. If using the A/C you’re light in your bathroom will leak. Yes. The bulb will drip water. Inside my room was EXCESSIVELY loud… Unbelievably. The room next door was SCREAMING at each other at all hours of the night. However most of the staff were incredible, housekeeping, bartenders. Would I recommend it? No.. Would I come back? Most likely not.. 4/10.

Eco hotel, nature around the rooms. In my opinion, not good food, buffet flavor average, not much variety. Sadly, not the same teeatment for hispanic guests than others..

No hay servicio a cuarto pésimo, solo enjuagan los vasos pésimo de ahí en fuera todo excelente

El servicio al cliente 9/10, la verdad me senti muy acogida y respetada en todo momento. Solo que tuve un incidente derivado de una falta de atencion, al final se reolvio favorablemente para mi, pero si me perjudico mi experiencia por el mal rato que pasé y el tiempo que perdi entre la queja y la resolución. Hubiera alificado 1000/10, porque la verdad todos los que trabajan en el hotel se portaron de maravilla y el lugar es lindisimo, pero ese incidente perjudico mi percepcción general.

We found bed bug in our room. During the power outage, the property should provide emergency light or generator. And the cook should wear a cap at work especially during the power outage, the cook was sweating. She is using her clothes to wipe. So gross.

Staff are nice. Comfortable.

Loved the hotel it was beautiful and so peaceful. The rooms were very clean. What I did not like about this hotel was the attitude of the staff, for example we asked the gentleman at bar in the lobby for 2 foam cups and spoons for our kids cereal, the face he made us left us speechless, made us feel so uncomfortable. Never the less we didn't do all inclusive because we weren't gonna be in the hotel so for us everything being clean and beautiful was worth it.

None of the proper staff were on the same page on what the rules and regulations were for all inclusive. We sold a gold bracelet to go to another Sister resort and use their pools and restaurants, but we’re not informed that a shuttle would be longer than we originally told 30 minutes we were told 10. and also made multiple stops. They also neglected to tell us that we would need to make reservations before 4 PM and couldn’t make them prior to the day of. Had to go to the front desk to make these reservations as well we also were not informed that shuttles stopped certain days early and other days ended at 10 PM. We paid 250 per person to be able to use the other resort but due to this lack of information we’re not able to use it at one time. All minor things, but made our time at this resort disappointing because nothing was disclosed at the time of check-in then when we tried to make reservations, we were told one thing and then the next day found out that the actual protocol was something different. Upon finally being able to arrive at the Sister resort, we were found that there’s actually one pool because the resort was still under construction. They also allowed vendors to come on the property. We were continuously haggle to buy things on repeated day daily, which made enjoying the pool or sitting oceanfront unpleasant. Overall, I thought it was beautiful. The food was what was expected for a all-inclusive buffet style. Has a lot of potential but overall disappointed

Me encantó el hotel, había recibido comentarios positivos previamente y eso me ayudó a decidirme. La playa es bellísima y se respira mucha tranquilidad. El personal es muy amable en todo momento y el hotel está altamente enfocado en el cuidado de la naturaleza. Me encantó la garrafa de agua que te dejan en la habitación y la posibilidad de rellenarla cuando quieras. La comida del buffet es riquísima y el restaurante mexicano a la carta está delicioso. Las habitaciones impecables y uno descansa porque descansa. El hotel es familiar, pero al ser solo uno el Trato es igual. Únicamente tengo una queja con respecto a mi habitación: el seguro del baño estaba malo y faltó de mantenimiento por lo que estuve atrapado alrededor de 10 minutos y de milagro se destrabo y pude salir de lo contrario no sé qué hubiera hecho (viaje solo).

Traumhafter Urlaub im The Reef Playacar! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit im The Reef Playacar Beach & Resort! Die Hotelanlage ist wunderschön gestaltet, mit vielen tropischen Pflanzen, die eine entspannte und naturverbundene Atmosphäre schaffen. Man fühlt sich sofort wie im Paradies! Das Essen war durchweg lecker – ob beim Frühstück, Mittag- oder Abendessen, es gab immer eine große Auswahl an frischen und geschmackvollen Gerichten. Besonders die Themenabende im Restaurant haben uns begeistert. Der Strand ist traumhaft schön und sauber, das Personal war stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch die Zimmer waren sauber und gemütlich – wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Wir kommen definitiv wieder! 🌴🍹☀️

El personal súper amable como siempre, el buffet delicioso, la fiesta del 15 de sep muy bonita, bebidas ricas y rápidas. El hotel muy bonito como siempre, mucha naturaleza, sombra en la mayoría de los especios, buenas actividades. Playa sin sargaso.

The room options are very good, very spacious and well air conditioned. Love the scenery. The beach view is amazing and the pools are cleaned and well kept.

Fue una experiencia marqvillosa tienen opcion para todos en comida la comida estuvo increible y el lugar muy hermoso y tranquilo para las personas que quieren mucha fiesta no lo recomiendo por que es mas tranquilo pero el staff tiene opciones de animación en el dia y tarde y en la noche la barra esta abierta hasta las 2 am en general todo el personal de el hotel 10/10 y el espacio y el lugar limpieza y en general 10/10 volveria 1000 veces mas alli
