床不平不太好睡 搭計程車前往飯店不太好找 前台人員服務非常好

位置很好，交通方便，幾分鐘到地鐵站，3⃣️年前入住感覺很舒適，所以今次再選擇這家酒店，前台入住辦理都很客氣，只是躺在床上天花一片珠珠網，第二天一早告訴前台也是很客氣告知會處理，住了兩個晚上，也沒有處理，還特意拍了照片給他們看，退房也沒有處理，也很客氣回應你，不知道是真心實意還是假情假意的法國文化，下次再去巴黎要認真考慮是否再入住這間所為五星酒店。

went there for few days for holiday, very easy to travel around.

I misremembered the departure date. When I went back to hotel, there was just 1 hour 40mins before the flight time. I packed my stuff immediately while the hotel staff helped me to check in the flight online and print the boarding pass. They also informed the airline so that it could specially arrange in advance for baggage drop-off. They also arranged the taxi waiting outside the hotel. They assisted me to pack the belonging and check anything left behind in the room. Finally, it took me 35mins to travel to the airport and 25mins to get to the boarding gate. I could catch the flight finally. Without the help from the hotel staff, I could not make it.

交通方便，房间很舒服，很干净，服务员很客气。 但是早餐的地方不太宽敞，早餐选择有限, 安静，但地铁1号钱超级近，去哪里都很方便。 没有烫衣板。没有浴缸，一天下来很累，也不能泡澡。 在 CBD的酒店，无线网速比较低，有线收钱，这么大的酒店，房费不菲，还要抠门网络费？ 有很大的shopping mall，周边设施很齐全，正对远处的凯旋门，夜景也不错

I booked it for friends for business trip, they loved it.

其他不说了，没有任何不满，是5星应有的水准。只是卫生间的淋浴房没有挡水条，洗澡的时候水流的卫生间都是。注意下地铁在M1的倒数第二站，不是底站。在拉德芳斯拖行李走一定要当心，不要相信陌生人，短短时间我们碰到一个偷拎包的和一个骗子。

The location is good actually,the metro line is easy to access to the main travel spot. I will recommend it.

an average hotel (NOT 5 STAR, WOULD SUGGEST 3), breakfast not great, smallest wardrobe, safe didn't work, bathroom ceilng peeling, carpet dirty / stained, service mediocre

C’était notre deuxième séjour à l’hôtel et nous en sommes ravis. Nous avons eu quelques soucis avec la première chambre et nous avons pu changer de chambre sans soucis. Les chambres sont très bien climatisées et c’était vraiment indispensable durant notre séjour. L’hôtel est très bien placé, à proximité de la ligne 1 du métro qui dessert Paris d’Est en Ouest. Nous assistions à un concert à la Défense Arena, l’emplacement est très pratique pour rentrer à pied après le concert.

Nest was a wonderful stay — clean, stylish, and with a spacious bathroom and great in-room amenities. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The one downside is the location can be tricky for taxis/Ubers, and it’s 20–30 minutes from main tourist areas by metro. Still worth it — we’d stay again and recommend it!
