Comme d’habitude, les chambres rien à dire et le personnel au top. C’est d’ailleurs le personnel le meilleur de Lyon.

The room was not done after the first day and I was not awarded that I have to ask for it on 18th morning. First day I took my breakfast normally, second day I was asked to bring a ticket from the front desk. I was not awarded that I would need a ticket for the breakfast! Very poor prior communication, poor staff training !

To be honest, we didn’t stay here. We walked out. Photos somewhat misleading, room small and lacking facilities. Inconvenient steps between elevator and room, dark corridors. A little depressing. Old style, neither cute retro nor contemporary. Very adequate for a one night stay but Lyon deserves more than a night. If cost is more important than value for you, then this is your place. Staff were helpful and understanding. Location reasonable for the price.

La chambre est propre mais la salle de bain est a refaire. Plan de lavabo tâche, lunettes de wc casse et serviettes déchiré. De plus, a 9h30 le personnel tape a votre porte pour procéder au nettoyage. Si vous voulez vous reposer c est raté !

Hôtel très bien, juste le quartier peut être bruyant la nuit et l’isolation n’est pas bonne c’est un inconvénient.

Good stay for one night in Lyon. Good basic hotel.

Tout était parfait Simple petit bémol, il manque un miroir dans la chambre pour se voir entièrement 😉
