Amazing hotel, staff were professional and friendly! Plenty of parking spaces. Room was beautiful with a great view from the balcony

Booking with hotels.com perfect however belfry is dirty, rooms are falling apart not luxury at all Bathrooms are disgusting and shower was sooo tiny jus don’t waste your time

Clean room, awful buffet, cold food, no fresh de caffeinated coffee in a 4 star hotel!!! Noisy.

Nice location, good spa, relaxation or party options. Caught us out a bit, and we were a bit disappointed, that the King suite didn’t have a king size bed. Always read the small print. lol.

I was upgraded to a balcony room yet No pens or stationery. Bed side lights could only be turned off underneath which you needed to be told. A notice needed. No instant coffee only pods with no instructions how to use the machine. No plug close to the full length mirror to dry your hair. No time shown on the tv. Need more milks and sugar for 2 people. Views fabulous down the fairways. Good service when help needed.

Great place to stay. Went for the British masters weekend. Well organised. The food was fabulous. All the staff were polite and helpful.

Overall it was a Pleasant Experience

Lovely Hotel! Was given a new room overlooking the 10th hole during the British Masters. The view was incredible! Hotel is clean and modern, the food was faultless. Will definitely return.

Stayed the weekend to watch the British Masters. I can’t fault anything Staff venue and cedar lodge were amazing. Definitely would recommend to anyone and returning soon. Thank you for a wonderful weekend

The signature double room was as described. I’m happy with my stay and the breakfast was delicious. Since the golf event was on during my stay it was very busy and I feel like the staff were not as attentive as they could be. I had to ask a lot of questions and figure things out on my own. The price was very steep for what it was because of the event that was on. Never the less it was a pleasant stay

Outstanding stay in the new hotel in a fabulous new room overlooking the 10th fairway. The buffet at the Ryder was excellent value and the breakfast was super. We had a great stay for day 2 and 3 of the British Masters.

This is a lovely hotel , I did pay a lot more for my stay due to it hosting a major golf event .Even though it was at full capacity it's soo spacious it never felt hectic ..I must mention the fantastic staff ..from the cleaners to the bar staff this hotel is the friendliest ever ..The room was spotless , the bed super comfy ..very child/ dog friendly too ..All in all well done The Belfry ! I hope to be back one day ..Keep up the fab work .

Very expensive hotel that has no AC

Heard good things about the Belfry but honestly I was disappointed with the facilities. The building where our room was situated was extremely dated, the room however was decorated tastefully and the facilities in there were modern. The room was so uncomfortably warm, a fan was supplied but it wasn’t strong enough to make a difference and the window only opened a fraction. I was disappointed that the price of the room and good reputation did not reflect my stay at The Belfry. Breakfast was included and it was okay but the layout of the canteen was very bizarre. We stayed for a wedding and when we contacted to request for an early check in to get ready at the venue we were met with a rude tone which was uncalled for and a dishe

Room not ready when we had informed for rooms together and attending wedding and needed to get ready - i had to ask for them to call cleaning team. Check-in took over 30 minutes.

We were on 1st floor but there is no elevator to the floor. Reception didn't make us aware of the situation nor offered to bring the luggage to the room. No air conditioning in the room either. When brought to reception attention, they offered a fan which was delivered the next day. No room was offereed where some rooms were elevator accessible and had air conditioning. Bathroom was very small and awkwardly desigened where in when you sit on the toilet and your hits the sink. Shower overflows when taking shower and floods the floor. Reception desk was not very helpful and for an expensive resort, you would expect these basic amenities and service. Golf couse though was nice and i did use the driving range twice. I would not recommend this resort at all for stay.
