環境幽深靜謐，可遠眺遠處山景，服務人員、房間設施都不錯，停車場車位多無需另外付費，只是離Bonn中心區稍遠，飯店價格不算合宜

Schöne Lage im Wald, Zimmer sind sauber und geräumig, aber etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Frühstück ist in Ordnung, jedoch definitiv keine 24€ wert. Personal ist durchweg sehr freundlich.

Zimmer sehr schön und gross wir hatten Junior Suite. Ruhig gelegen. Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen und ist unserer Meinung nach keine 4,5 Sterne. Frühstück sehr bescheiden gegenüber vergleichbaren Hotels.

Very nice and quiet, friendly staff. Is a bit of a time capsule back to the 90's but not a bad thing!

Das Hotel ist deutlich in die Jahre gekommen und man hat das Gefühl, es wurde nicht mehr investiert. Es gab Schäden an den Armaturen im Bad. In diesem Fall hat das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis nicht gepasst.

Very poor check in. No information given. Came down for dinner at 8pm to be told kitchen was closed and no food available even though lady on reception said food was on until 9pm. Restaurant manager very rude and didn’t care. Bar roped off and closed and nowhere even to sit and have a drink. No advice given about where else to try and eat in the area. Staff didn’t care. Breakfast just as bad. Dirty tables. Uninspiring food which just sat there for ages without being refreshed. Supposed to be a 4 star Superior hotel. Not even close. Have been travelling to Germany for years. Worst experience ever.

I had an amazing time at my stay! The place was super relaxing, and the facility was beautiful. The staff was incredibly helpful, friendly, and courteous. And the grounds were so serene and peaceful. I highly recommend it to everyone!

Sehr schönes und ruhig gelegenes Hotel. War ein Familienurlaub mit zwe Kindern. Es wurde an alles gedacht ohne das wir etwas verlangen mussten. Kennen wir von anderen Hotels anders. Die Mitarbeiter denken wirklich an alle Details selbstständig. Man hat keine offenen Wünsche, weil alles top vorbereitet ist. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team.

The property is a bit run down but in a quiet place

Man muss in diesem Hotel sehr aufpassen, welches Zimmer mann bekommt. Sonst kann es abends sehr laut werden, wenn irgendwelche Seminare abgehalten werden und die Herrschaften spät abends zum Rauchen vor die Tür gehen und sehr laut sind.

Quite and clean place

It is. Nice looking hotel but I think a 20€ parking fee per night is a bit much. The rooms are clean and have a beautiful view very quiet but need some updation. Overall it's a very good cost value option.
