原本訂了四晚的，但第三日朝早就發現背包內的暗格少了$3000港元，懷疑前一天整天外出的緣故被清潔員工入房偷了現金，但重點是外出時已掛出請勿打擾的牌，返酒店經理投訴卻沒有把事情解決，原來酒店的走廊是沒有閉路電視的，所以並無法證明是誰入了房間，但明明酒店的房間是使用電子鎖的，酒店職員是有記錄但不肯給我，又叫我自己去警局報案，但去了警局警察知道我不是當地人有沒有作出很大的幫忙，只是說沒有證據證明的話不知道是誰進了房間，警察也沒辦法可以捉到人，而調查亦有可能要超過兩星期，那時候已經不在英國了，所以即使落了安也沒法跟進，但我最後仍然選擇花上數小時去報案，原因是我想在這證明我是真的在這酒店被盜竊了，大家請不要租住這間酒店了

Je vous recommande vivement l'hôtel ibis Greenwich situé à seulement 30 minutes de St Pancras. Bon rapport qualité prix et très bien situé.

Had a great stay! The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were so lovely and welcoming. The hotel's location is also ideal - just a short walk from the train station, making it really easy to get to and an ideal place to stay when travelling through London. I would definitely stay here again!

Lovely staff at check in and check out. Great location and parking, hotel was clean and in good order.

It was very nice, no real complaints. Only thing was the TV didnt have any signal on one of the days. We didn't use it much anyway so it was of no real bother.

No air con and nearly melted in the room. Shower head was broken off the wall.

No AC. Didn't get small towels. Had to request for clean bath towels the second day. Poor and expensive breakfast

Great location. Close to the park, museums and dining. Short walk from the train station. Got free early checkin and so didn’t need to do luggage storage. First time at an ibis. Small room and very tight bathroom with no exhaust. Biggest overall negative which dragged down our score was no AC and really hot days which meant the room was very stuffy and warm, tough to sleep.

We had a wonderful stay at the Ibis Greenwich. The hotel was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The location is fantastic — within easy walking distance of Greenwich’s attractions, shops, restaurants, and public transport, making it the perfect base for exploring London … and free wifi, which was great as we were here from Australia! The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the whole experience was hassle-free from check-in to check-out. Great value for money, comfortable rooms, and an excellent location. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Greenwich.

The room and bathroom were clean and the staff very friendly. Also very close to situations which made it easy to travel around London

The stay in the IBIS Greenwich was average. The beds were comfy, the room was clean. Majority of the staff were lovely and professional. We booked the hotel several weeks ago, however the day before we noticed that had we booked last minute we would have saved over £100 on exactly the same rooms. This left a sour taste, as despite being central, realistically it was not worth the money we initially paid.

Mayıs ayı rekor sıcakları dönemine denk gelmeseydik daha iyi bir deneyim olabilirdi ancak odadaki klima serinletmeye yardımcı olamadı. Resepsiyondan aldığımız fan ikinci gece biraz daha rahat uyumamızı sağlayabildi. Kahvaltıyı daha önceki yorumlarda okuduğum kadar iyi bulmadım.

Great hotel. Nothing too fancy. Very practical. Well located in Greenwich and close to the train stations. Good breakfast.

Super beliggenhed i Greenwich. Themsen, parken, Navy College, DLR og tog stastionalt inden for 5mins gang. Super venligt personale og låst opgang til værelserne.

The highly professional Staff, the great location & security, comfy beds and affordable rates are always the main reason I choose to reserve at the Ibis - Greenwich Village, London UK. The hotel itself has old sometimes horribly stinky plumbing, toilets that no tall person could fit onto, no room safe, no entryway closet, no mini frig, and minimal amenities. All that being said, I will most likely continue to keep this hotel on my list as long as I am traveling on my own as my husband would not survive here!
