Beautiful property directly on the St. Laurent. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Dining was consistently fine.

Had to go to local restaurants We were hoping for a nice restful holiday. Never,never again at your establishment Another complain=. You need a stepladder to get in bed Not design with seniors in mind No recommendations from me

Great place to stay with large rooms and luxurious feel

Location and ambience could not be better. Looking out at the glimmering lake at night through the window while having fine dining and absorbing excellent piano music was an exquisite, unforgettable experience.

Prestigious hotel with remarkable views. Staff are friendly. The only pity is the receptionist didn’t tell us information about the facility and we were first time being there so didn’t know where to eat, pool and spa etc

The hotel is of a good standard. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the location is convenient. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I would recommend this hotel.

The surroundings are spacious and beautiful. The room lake view is gorgeous!

Nice place, just the odours in the Suite that weren't pleasant

Very nice and clean property . Quiet and comfortable . Would’ve been nice if our windows were clean from the outside to enjoy the beautiful view, otherwise nothing to complain about. Lots of parking and easy to get to from the highway. Lakeside property makes for a nice morning or evening walk .

Lovely location, looks like it is mainly a wedding facility. First night wedding was outside. Second night wedding was indoors - directly below our room. After being out all day arrive back to thumping music & told wedding could go until 2am. When we spoke with front desk we were informed that they tried to call us to see if we wanted to move - on the room phone! Odd, especially since I’m certain the wedding was already arranged when we checked into the hotel the night before, and they had asked for mobile & email information at that point. Moved to new room with no offer for the inconvenience or upgrade to the room.

The hotel and property is lovely. Exquisite actually. Our group enjoyed everything but the dining room menu for dinner. The wine list was limited, especially by the glass. We had never heard of the wines they offered and they were very pricy (by the glass for 5 oz. $22 plus). We all found it difficult ordering as it was either very pricy or something not of interest to those in our group.

The place is wonderful. The food is outstanding.
