Clean room, great amenities. We found noise to be a bit of a problem, you can hear everything happening in the hallway

The rooms were clean and dog friendly. Comfy beds and pillows. Atrium is an excellent area to hangout and eat or use pool and hottub. Family friendly. Trails and parks nearby.

Great location and perfect for families

Horrible spring mattresses. The mattress actually rumbled when my husband’s snored and he doesn’t snore loudly or a lot. The AC/heat vent ventilation was horrific and both myself, and my husband were wheezing before we went to bed and horrifically when we woke up.

Friendly staff. Clean room. Will be back.

Great food, amenities and helpful and friendly staff!

The late check in staff was very unpleasant to be disturbed. The room was in a basement feel, so outdated with the walls incredibly thin. Thin to the point you can hear every word from the people beside. Run down, repainted mirrors, windows from an 80’s restore I swear. At least the bed sheets smelled of bleech. Come to the restaurant for the vibes but don’t waste your money staying here.

Wow! The courtyard area is absolutely gorgeous....feels like you are on a resort. Great place and pet friendly.

Very welcoming and clean

The room was clean and inviting. The beds were very comfortable and I loved the pillows! The ambiance through the restaurant is beautiful and unique.

It was wonderful staying there. We didn’t use the pool but it looked very inviting. Food was fantastic in both the restaurant and pub. The relatives that I alerted to stay there all showed up so the cafe got used quite a bit. I know where I am staying in the future when I need to visit Vernon BC.

We had the poolside room, it was very nice, clean, great amenities, comfy bed and pillows. It was nice being able to walk out to the pool from our room. We even had the pool to our selves which is lovely. The area with the pool and restaurant is gorgeous, tranquil.

We really enjoyed our stay except the pool was way to cold. Our daughter started screaming when we put her in amd that was the end of the pool for our stay
