Great hotel, great experience, beautiful location amazing beach view. Very helpful staff. Plenty to do or as preferred just relax. I'm still amazed definitely a 5⭐ hotel. Bought Preferred Club and had plenty of options. Massive choice of food plenty of entertainment. If you are looking for something wow that's the place to go.

Great stay , lovely hotel . Great food opinions and made well . Location is good bus stop outside hotel . Pools are fab drink selection is great . Staff are very friendly . Would definitely recommend.

We paid for ocean view which we had a tree right in front of room so really it was only partial view.

Hotel was slightly dated but very clean and comfortable. Service and location was excellent. Evening entertainment was only down point, pretty average at best.

The location is ideal and the rooms are lovely. The cleaners are extremely helpful, especially our cleaner Angelica who went out of her way to help us! Some of the other staff clearly didn’t want to be there but unfortunately that’s a common occurrence in some hotels. There was air conditioning in the rooms but I noticed there wasn’t any in the lobbies etc. The sunbeds could definitely do with cleaning and repairing around the pools. Overall we enjoyed our stay and we would come back.

All the staff were very helpful, especially Isabella for our dinners, always remembering our drinks! Very close to a beautiful beach. The bar staff are very talented making perfect drinks. The hotel has panoramic sea views, walking distance of shops. The grand tour by minute tours was an amazing day out.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The food was very nice but sometimes the al la cart restaurants were slow serving. The pool area were clean and grest pools. The beach was no more than 5 minutes. The hotel is in a grest location.

Le personnel de l’hôtel était d’une gentillesse incroyable. La vue était magnifique et il y avait de nombreuses activités à faire, aussi bien dans l’hôtel qu’à proximité.

The hotel overall is nice, the service at time is a little slow, but I think this is down to staffing levels, the members of staff are extremely helpful and friendly. We were all inclusive, and found it a little odd that upon check out (12pm) this is no longer usable we had 5 hours until pick up and could not even have a soft drink, I have never had this at any other all inclusive resort. We were allowed lunch. The meal we had at bluewater was outstanding.

Food options do not change in each restaurant Most workers do not speak English so big lamguage barrier. Isabella and Mohamed were two young adults always greeting with smiles.

Good location, food options were good. Friendly staff. Often though plates in the buffet restaurant for breakfast were not clean. Staff sometimes forgot orders.

Good: - Staff were almost all great (exception being the grumpy lifeguard who gives out towels). Special shout out to Felix and Toni at the Preferred Club Family Pool swim up bar - Preferred Club pool with swim up bar was epic… - Guest to sun lounger ratio was great - always possible to find a sun lounger - Preferred Club Twin plus Single room was great, and comfy beds - Sabor and Portafino were both good restaurants - great food at both of these Not so good: - Aircon in the room only just coped… certainly couldn’t achieve chilly, but kept just on top of it. I suspect if outside had been hotter it would have been a bit hot at night - Food… generally not amazing. Not much variety each day at the buffet. Breakfast in particular suffered both in the main buffet and Preferred Club buffet with some cold bits like beans, sausages, despite arriving at all times including straight after open on our last day. I suspect they didn’t have enough chefs to keep turning out hot food so it just sat there… - Himitsu… food was pleasant, but don’t expect dishes to be authentic flavours, Barefoot grill ok but not great - Some of the hotel a bit tired - you can tell they bought this from another chain and haven’t refurbished it all Info: - Great location… walkable into the town… gorgeous beach out of back gate and 5 mins walk, with breakwater making a cove for safe swimming/snorkelling - No teen activity - will spend a fortune on VR and tables which aren’t free - Shows are ok, not amazing

Brilliant hotel with an excellent location and lovely pools and really liked the water slides. Only thing that was a bit disappointing was that the main lobby and bar did not have any air conditioning..
