The hotel is located on seaside of prestigious area in Forte de Marmi. The room is nice, hot water functions well, breakfast is lovely lots of variety to choose. However, from my 7 nights of staying there, I experienced twice the housekeeping lady opened my room door without knocking, at night time, 9 pm. The purpose was to stock up towels in bathroom. I think it was inappropriate when you were sleeping and suddenly someone opened your door, of course it gave you a shock.
