We have a great time with my family and friends

Hotel is little old but nicely kept ..buffet was ok and the only thing was they didn’t refill when food ran out even it was not end of time yet, so go when it’s just opened then you will have food. Italian and garden of Eden restaurants were good. Munasan was bad for us. Buffet best on Thursday. Staffs were nice friendly and provided great service. entertainment every night but too loud if you stay on east building and hard to sleep.. beach is nice but little cold.

The hotel needs to be updated very old I never been to resort that don’t have water in the room or on the property you have to buy water very expensive $7 unreal. The beds needs to be replaced the pillows aren’t pillows they so flat the hurt your neck the bed hurts your body better entertain not much to do the pools are out dates old need new pools always dirty the food is amazing

The best part of all inclusive is food and drinks! Food was ok. But only available at specific times. We do all inclusive because we like our drinks! The alcohol was AWFUL!! The hot tub was DIRTY. Now, beach access was great. The staff was very nice. However, it felt like a complete ghost town. I was expecting more. Sadly very disappointed with property. But the island itself was beautiful!!! The property just needs some love.

What I didn’t like: buffet was small and little choices. Pool bar was a joke, bartender most of the time wasn’t there, pool bar is the focal point of the pool. Restaurants open only certain days we end up missing the Asian, cause day it was opened we were leaving.

Property was dated like other people have said but it was still nice. Very clean even walking the halls it smelled very clean. Been in a lot of resorts and the common smell in the halls is musty. Not here. Food was good. We had the Asian one night (Don’t recommend the desserts though) Buffett was very good. But the grill by the pool was excellent. Recommend the fish for sure but it was all great. Jerk chicken was very spicy so be warned but I loved it. All in all it’s a great place. Not many people in hotel I think they get more day passes than anything. We walked next door to baha mar to casino. If that’s your thing you will be pleasantly surprised. It’s super nose resort but no all inclusive. So I would stay next door because you can still walk over and use there amenity’s, restaurants, and casino if you want.

The hotel needs to be renovated. The staff was great, but they need more staff for the restaurants. Great beach!

good value for the money

I would this resort a 7/10. The food is okay and tuff to get a spot as it is first come first serve. The breakfast was amazing. The room was dated but the beds were very comfortable. Staff was awesome treated you like a family member which I love always joking around and having a great time to. Drinks are amazing ask for a dirty mudslide. You will not regret it. To get a dinner sitting i recommend going 15/20 minutes before to get online. Also take a drive into down town and visit the locals and there shops. And stop at senor frogs for a frozen margarita and you will be good. Would book again!!

Sent my parents for their anniversary, they had a great time. Very friendly staff and a great food variety.

The rooms need alot of up dates,pool bar not alot of selections,pool was cold and was always dirty,not alot of gluten free options,the piano bar bartender was great.

The property is very old and dated. All inclusive doesn't mean anything, if the food and drinks are awful. Don't Bothe with the specialty restaurants, I think they get their food from the buffet. We left 2 days early.

Really needed to updated. Very aged resort

Able to eat outside, I felt at home with the ‘60-70 decor. Felt very safe in the area. Wonderful sand with a Safe beach and able to swim safely in the ocean. Really enjoyed FunkyD singing in the evening.close walk to a bus to go downtown $1:50! Or catch a taxi at front of resort. Although, every driver charges their own rate??offer a price that you are willing to pay before getting in cab? Older crowd at this resort while we were there which was nice as I am a senior . Beach music a bit too loud for our liking though. Buffet very nice… fish too spicy for me. Two other restaurants on site which we really enjoyed. One can buy a bottle of wine and if not finished at meal, take it back to your room.

Everyone is very friendly. The resort needs an update.
