Very disappointed with the room. Upon checking into the room I found a nickel size bed bug lying on its back on the bathroom sink. After my 2nd request the staff agreed to let me change room. Curtains and bathtub plug broken. Room has not been well maintained since pre-Covid. The staffs were inexperienced except for the ladies helping at the restaurant. I would never stay at this hotel again!

1. Outdated and smelly room. 2. Dangerous access with icy lobby stairs, no pathway for luggage. 3. Not so friendly staff and takes a lifetime to check out. Asked questions and don't understand.

Ophold på fire nætter og var fint tilfreds. Virkelig dejligt med pool, selv om vandet har meget koldt. Hotellets restaurant serverer lækker mad.

Le petit-déjeuner est parfait, le coin autour de l'hôtel est juste magnifique avec un très beau parc et le lac.

Pas de Clim 26 dans la chambre on me répond qu’on peut me donner un ventilateur et que ça s’auto régule 200€ pour mal dormir Sinon chambre très vieille Pas digne d’un Novotel

Chambres veillottes, interrupteurs mal fichus, parfois avec de faux contacts, salle de bain en plastique vieillotte, temperature de douche fluctuante, réglage de l'air conditionné peu efficace à mal fait, attente interminable au restaurant
