非常乾淨明亮、水很穩定，沒有忽冷忽熱的問題，且有冷氣，在法國很少見。但沒有拖鞋、牙膏牙刷等備品，也沒有肥皂，只有三合一（洗臉、洗頭、洗澡）的清潔露，但清潔露很好用。飯店樓下對面就有公車站牌，3分鐘到地鐵站跟家樂福，整體而言非常好。

La limpieza estuvo regular

We didn't have our breakfast at the hotel. The bedroom is small but Ok for 1 or 2 days.

La chambre était refaite a neuf ce qui est pas mal,la salle de bain devrait être refaite par contre, c'est limite. Chambre petite,personnel adorable Prix cher pour ce que sais,mais c'est Paris.

Le petit déjeuner été convenable pour le prix. L'hôtel est bien situé et le personnel est accueillant.

Was travelling with my sister and I. The hotel and staff were super nice and helpful and would recommend. There is also a nice Boulangerie right in the front which is great for coffee and croissants in the morning. Ensure to book the right days as they cannot refund or make modifications.

J´ai malheureusement du renoncer à me rendre à Paris pour des raisons familiales. Il ne m´a pas été possible d´annuler ma réservation. Et je n´ai pas l´impression que Expedia s´est donné beaucoup de mal, au contraire. Je suis un peu décu. Cela m´a couté plus de 300 € alors que je suis un client trés régulier.

Jättenöjda med hotellet! Bra läge, nära till allt och lugn och fräscht. Personalen var trevliga och hjälpsamma. Man behöver inget mer!

Bon accueil et les petits déjeuners très biens chambres propres et personnels très sympas

Baulich war es etwas schwierig. Das Zimmer ging direkt Treppenhaus ab. Der winzige Flur machte es schwierig Koffer einzuschieben und dann die Brandschutztür zum eigentlichenZimmer zu öffnen. Diese Tür war schwergängig und schloss sich immer wieder von selbst. Daher war jeder Gang zum Bad mit einem gewissen Kraftaufwand verbunden. - lästig vor allem nachts. Das Bett war fast genau so lang wie das Zimmer breit war. Man kam kaum am Bett vorbei. Aber: sehr sauber und das Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit.

The hotel was good. Clean and everything as expected.

The price was high for a small, rather dark room with no tea-making kettle, etc, and breakfast not included. However, the breakfast (when paid for) was very good and the buffet well organised.

Great hotel. Space is tight for everything, but that's Paris. Lots of restaurants grocery sites

The rooms are small, but personally i get a hotel to sleep in. This place was in walking distance to everything i needed. The rooms were super clean and decorated great. The staff were totally awesome! Very friendly and helpful, if they didnt know the answer to one of my questions they went out of their way to find the answer. I REALLY loved this location in the 11th district, its far more locals than tourists. The places to eat nearby were fantastic and very reasonably priced. Definitely staying here on my next trip to Paris.

Un pur scandale. J’avais réglé la chambre au moment de la réservation et l’hôtel m’a demandé de payer une seconde fois. Je n’ai pas eu de remboursement et je pense que je ne verrai jamais ce remboursement. Hôtel à éviter .

The lowdown: A+ location, right on Metro, bed is comfy, bathroom clean, decent shower pressure. Boulangerie downstairs makes coffee-croissant-orange juice breakfast. Carrefour city across the street for quick runs. Cafe Au Rond Point nearby is incredible and fairly priced, try their aurbergine mille feuille and the croque monsieur. Clean and modern laverie at 96 Rue de Chemin Vert (not on google) - great way to wash your clothing if you're staying for a long time. What makes this place is the staff, they're the best part of this hotel. We had a small issue with the rubber around the shower door and it was dealt with toute de suite as they say. Meanwhile, my friends were staying at a hotel for twice the price and complaining about cleanliness and friendliness of staff. I was so glad I stayed here!
