2nd time staying here, really happy with the size, cleanliness and comfort the room. It’s far from central London but is easily accessible by bus and tube (Hayes and Harlington or Hatton Cross station). I have purchased breakfast this time, like it with plenty of healthy options, they’ve a la carte items like pancake, omelette, but I didn’t try. Gym and spa are amazing, top notched. However it only opens at 8am on Sunday. Very likely to stay there again when I’m in London next.

Ok for one night, got a key that didn't work, so back the whole way to reception to sort it. Bed ok, room clean.

Big and very comfy bed

Shower could have been cleaner. There was black hair and a leftover razor case in the shower which kind of grossed me out, but otherwise very happy with our stay.

Check-in took an hour of waiting and I have been there before and each time you have to allow for at least an hour to an hour and a half to wait in line just to check into your hotel room here, and then if any airline staff come through, which is all the time, they will let them cut in front of you and serve them first

Room was clean and the bed was very comfortable

The bedroom not to the best standard. No bedside lights. Very cold in the restaurant and food very overpriced for what it was.

Very tired hotel, slow check in. It’s off the mark for airport hotels at Heathrow

I was there for a meal, bath and sleep. None of them were satisfied. The bar that was listed as open (and the reason i chose this one) was not, the restaurant was understaffed and food not worth the wait, my bath temperature was boiling hot and no one came after 45 minutes so i resorted to ice cubes in the bath. The bed was older than my grandmother! Never again..
