Staff were professional and helpful. Our needs were anticipated and the check in was so organized. We were given a key card to access the luggage storage and restroom/lounge area, since we arrived before check in time and had a train trip to Soller that day. We stored our luggage and enjoyed our day in Soller and returned to check in. Staff were very helpful.

Frühstück war gut. Nicht viel Auswahl aber das was ich gebraucht habe war alles da.

Great location, easy walk to main areas and restaurants, easy to get bus to an from airport, great views from the bar!

Lækkert og rummeligt værelse, centralt i byen.

Very well placed for visiting the museums and other attractions in the city. We had a view over the rooftops to the cathedral and palace. For a hotel with a generally modern feel, the elevators were a bit slow, and we were on the 8th floor. Breakfast had a good range of food and drink and was efficiently run. We would stay there again if we returned to Palma.

Clean and spacious room. Shops and restaurants on your doorstep. Lovely cafe right next door. Staff were polite, helpful and above all very friendly.
