Staff muy atento

An absolutely terrible hotel. Zero noise mitigation between the rooms, you can hear people farting next door. The mattresses are quite possibly the worst ones i’ve ever slept on. Clearly if there was any other decent choice in Vitroria, i’d go there, but the lack of decent hotels in this city is a problem.

No air condition but stayed in the reservations

El personal súper amable. Con la mejor actitud y siempre dispuestos a ayudarnos. La habitación súper cómoda con una vista preciosa.

Todo bien, solamente que durante la estancia tuvimos hasta 5°C y nunca funciono la calefaccion, en el Lobby estaban muy calentitos y en habitaciones un congelador

Great location, easy accessible by public tram, and easy walk to old town, with good restaurants and good sightseeing. The Florida park across for hotel added benefit. The hotel staff were friendly and extremely helpful in assisting with the planning of our daily activities. Would definitely return.
