沒有清晰的泊車指引及接待處正門位置的地圖，只有在斜路的側門有前往接待處的指示牌，沒有駕車來的乘客要爬幾層樓梯才到達。很不方便。住宿、款待及餐飲十分滿意。

A lovely building and a great location. However, our room was a bit tired and run down. Breakfast was chaotic with cold black pudding, sausages and haggis. A member of staff did apologise for this. The pool was good, my son had great fun in it. Would I return - no.

Staff were excellent. Rooms dated and worn. Shower didn’t turn off without asking for assistance. Restaurant food limited as they had run out of some meals. Very drab and uninviting outside compared to hotel next door. Restaurant interior dull and mismatched.

Moved hotel on arrival due to overbooking. Replacement hotel was OK but particular room very noisy, and to use the leisure facilities had to go back to the origially booked location.

Arrived early to get car parked wasn’t expecting to check in, just to book the car In on the monitor at reception . However the reception had a room ready so we were able to take our bags up to our room. It was a Lovely spacious room - very comfortable bed, bathroom radiator was very warm during the night couldn’t turn it down, but bedroom was a nice temperature. Breakfast also very good no veggie sausage option and I didn’t ask, but plenty of other choices instead. Unfortunate that there is a car park charge unless you book direct with hotel and also if you want to use the spa facilities. However overall enjoyed the stay.
