Excellent location, close to bus station and city center.

Smartes Hotel mit Zahlenkombination zum Zimmer- und Hoteleinlass (außerhalb der Rezeptionsbesetzung). Check-in nur zum vorhergesagter Uhrzeit möglich ( bei uns 14 Uhr, online check- in am Vortag vorgenommen). Erst um Punkt 14 Uhr ließ sich die zimmertür öffnen. Da wir früher da waren, konnten wir die Koffer in einem Schließfach bis 14 Uhr kostenfrei einschließen. Altstadt fußläufig nach ca. 10 Minuten erreichbar. Parkplätze sollte man frühestmöglich direkt im Hotel buchen ( 15 Euro/Tag), am besten per WhatsApp. Wir haben in einem nahegelegenen öffentlichen Parkhaus geparkt ( CARLOS III), ebenfalls für 15 Euro. Zum Be- und entladen der Koffer kann man für 15 Minuten direkt vor dem Hotel parken.

El personal ha sido muy amble y la opción de pre-checking ha sido muy útil y hemos podido entrar a la habitación desde muy temprano. Lo mejor ha sido la ubicación del hotel

Séjour agréable ,chambre propre, salle de douche parfaite dommage qu'il n'y ait pas du personnel à la réception qu'à certaines heures , Un peu trop bruyant

Bien placé et bon rapport qualité prix

J’ai moyennement apprécié la chambre sous les toits avec comme fenêtre des vasistas. Donc aucune vue sur l’extérieur La tête de lit ne comporte par de lumières de chevet, difficile d’apprécier sa lecture du soir.

Whilst walking the Camino Frances, it was a welcoming stay from Alberques. Very good location, restaurants, shopping and bars are all working 10 mins walk. There are no washing machines here, but I was welcome to go to one of their other properties to use their facilities at no cost. The Air conditioning was inconsistent, noisy and did not cool the room. Other than that, I had a good stay. Victoria, at the front desk was very helpful with directions, speaks English, French and Spanish.

Habitacion justa para pasar finde sin grandes lujos. Limpieza perfecta.Aparcamientos complicado en la zona, metimos nuestro vehículo en parking del hotel por 15€ dia. Hotel situado a 10 min max de centro de Pamplona. Desayuno normalito, es un 3 estrellas. Volveria a repetir sin duda.

Trato por parte de la chica de recepcion desagradable, antipático y altivo. En cambio la mujer de los desayunos Pilar es un encanto, amable, pendiente de todo y siempre con unas sonrisa.

Close to central square, parking across the road. Pleasant room and comfortable bed. Quiet area, very good breakfast.

Limpio, centrico, habitaciones grandes y un buen desayuño. Pefecto para una escapada.

The staff were helpful and the room was clean but basic, with nowhere to put my luggage. I did not pay a lot for the room so that was to be expected. Breakfast and parking were not included and almost doubled the cost of the stay. But saying that you get what you pay for, and for a night in Pamplona it was good value.
