Very nice

Convenient, just 5min walk from the palace. Nice restaurants and supermarket nearby. Overall clean room and nice decoration but the water stopper of the basin and the hair dryer are out of order. I was happy to have connecting rooms for my family of four. The information of the car park is not very clear.

This hotel was amazing, first of all the guy work in the front desk was very nice, start showing us for three rooms Let us pick the one we want, very clean, food was very good too, next to the palace location Second Too not, highly recommended, have nothing dad to say about it !

We had a very good experience at the hotel. The reception desk staff are polite and efficient. The room is of good size and very nicely decorated. The breakfast is good providing almost anything you can ask for in continental Europe. The location is also just perfect, right next door to the visitor center, three minutes’ walk to the train station and five minutes’ walk to the Versailles Chateau entrance. The only regret is the limited time of our vacation. We certainly hope to come back again.

My daughter and I just stayed for 1 night - we were staying in Paris for 2 weeks and had a early morning tour at Versailles so I decided to get this hotel so all we had to do the morning of the tour was to walk about 5 minutes to our meeting point which was at 9:15am - this hotel is a beautiful hotel and the convenience to Versailles just made it the perfect choice - the staff was very welcoming and was able to leave overnight bags with them in the morning before checking in and also when we checked out so didn't have to take them when we went to Versailles - that helped a lot - we didn't eat breakfast at the hotel my daughter wanted McDonalds which is very close by along with the train station so this hotel was really convenient - would definitely recommend

This hotel is very close to the palace of Versailles and the train station. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff is professional. We were able to store our luggage before check in.

It's always a great stay here, but they need to do a better job with their air-conditioning. It was a heat wave and we had to change rooms because our air-conditioning was not working

beautiful venue, slightly outdated in the pavillion area but worked well for our dogs. very nice, well-trained staff.

Great location, only a few minutes' walk to the Palace. However, for the caliber, and price, this hotel was a major disappointment. The A/C is either not working (most public areas, elevators and fitness center), or not useful in the bedrooms, since the units are installed only in the entry to the sleeping rooms, no airflow in the bedroom. Staff, both front desk and housekeeping, are barely there and answered their phones only about 20% of the time we tried to ring. Maintenance of the property has been neglected and the aging shows - broken light fixtures, shower heads, worn/dirty carpets etc. If not for the location, I would rate this hotel even lower and tell others to avoid entirely!

This is a GREAT hotel. First the location - two walking blocks from the Chateau of Versailles. Mannnny places to eat nearby. Youl will be very pleased. and the beds (well at least in the mini-suites) have THE BEST pillows I have ever slept on.

Lovely Hotel - air conditioning wasn’t great and Paris was experiencing a heatwave. Staff kindly provided a fan which helped us to sleep.
