Check in was great . Nippy I’m sorry if I spell your name wrong . She was awesome . Nice and polite . Kitchen is great . I didn’t cook but just boiled the water . I used the plates .Nearby a lot of restaurant and pastry ,church in the corner . Great location . Manager was very nice . Highly recommend . In fact my daughter and her family stayed as well .

Nuestra estancia en el hotel fue buena, está muy bien situado y la habitación muy agradable y limpia. Lo único malo, fue que la noche del 31 de diciembre, empezó a sonar la alarma de incendios y nadie del hotel respondió a las llamadas de los clientes, teniendo que llamar a la policía para que resolvieran el problema.Estuvimos varias horas en la recepción del hotel y no fue muy agradable.Gracias.un saludo

Front Desk was unavailable during the evenings. They never answered the after hours telephone number. Alarms went off at night and they said no one was available to turn them off! Another guest had to call the police for assistance with the alarm. No one from the hotel ever showed up! No communication whatsoever! Only good thing was room was clean and ample enough for three persons.

The room is beautifull and spacious, excelent shower, but the main external blind was stucked in a position which left street lights entering the room during the night and could not be opened during the day. The worse of both worlds. I asked to be fixed, but took more than 24hours to receive an answer. Also there is no light curtains, so its either no privacy at all, or completely shut. The only mirror in the room is a face mirror in the bathroom, very high up. I could only see half of my face.

Tuvimos un altercado grave en una habitación al lado de la nuestra a la una de la mañana con intervención de la policía y el samur y al no haber responsable fue un caos, y al día siguiente ni una explicación ni una disculpa por parte de la dirección del apartamento, muy poco tacto.
