Nous avons été assez déçu lors de notre arrivée car nous pensions être dans un hôtel de 4 étoiles et malheureusement nous avons jugé que nous étions plutôt dans un hôtel 1 étoile. La chambre avait un décor des années 1975 sans être aérée, une climatisation qui faisait énormément de bruit etc …

Mi estancia pues no muy buena piscina spa urbano se que no había agua rota no se quién da las estrellas pero ahora mismo se merece una estrella como un hostal

Die Hotelzimmer sind dreckig, Möbel demoliert, Essen kalt, nicht genug.Kaffemaschine defekt. Hatte eigenrs Btrötchen dabei und habe dieses mit einer Scheibe Käse belegt um mitzunehmen, daraufhin kamm der Kellner und hat mich unfreundlich aufgefordert fdafür zu bezahlen. Daraufhin brachte er ein Kartenlesegetät mit dem Betrag ich soll 5€ bezahlen. Ein ungemütliches Ambiente. Schranktresor defekt, keine Batterien vorhanden da der Safe nicht funktioniert. Zimmer stinken. Vor dem Hoteleingang ist der Teppich schon gewellt, es ist eine stolperfalle. Beim einkaden der Koffer ist man darüber gestolpert und gestützt. Der Kofferwagen stand für Gäste nicht ersichtlich im Eingangsbereich. Diesen entdeckten wir beim Checkout und haben ihn dann zum Verladen des Gepäcks genutzt. Finger weg von diesem Hotel!!!

Tienen que renovarlo ya de una vea,suelo,pintar ,cortinas ,televisión más nueva y grande en fin una reforma profundé

Although an older hotel, the rooms were clean and tidy. The best part of the hotel was the front desk staff. Very attentive and professional. Friendly, super friendly. Would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Amplias instalaciones y habitaciones que cuando abrio tubo que ser de 10 pero hoy en dia , carece de limpieza, necesita urgentemente una reforma , suelos de madera muy desgastados y descuidados ,zonas levantadas y sucias. Zocalos rotos con necesidad de ser cambiados , ventanas sucias , pero no hacer 1 mes que no se limpian , camas incomadas , y baños sucios, papel en las paredes levando y marcas de antigas fugas de agua sin pin pintar amarilla. La verdad que una pena de lo que pudo ser y en el abandono que esta .

Desayuno muy pobre y de mala calidad. Habitaciones cln papel pintado desgarrado. Olor a humedad en todo el hotel. Todo muy viejo. Espero que no responda el hotel a este mensaje diciendo que estan a punto de hacer reforma ya que llevan diciendolo mucho tiempo. Evita este hotel, por lo menos si vas de negocios.

Hemos estado muy bien, tranquilo, cerca de Barcelona ycon buena comunicación.

Lovely, friendly staff. ⭐️ Rooms are a bit outdated. TV did not work, I was not there to watch TV so it didn’t bother me. Regulating the water in the shower was a bit of a challenge. Rooms are big and have a mini fridge, very convenient. It suited my purpose.

The hotel area is not good at all but easly you can walk to the centre and train station. Room minimal . The staff is very kind

It was comfortable for the two nights I was there. However the stairway that lead to my room smelled of body odor all the time.

I know the Hotel from former brand NH. I used to live monthly in this apartments. New Management is as well very nice and helpful. The location of the Hotel is fantastic to walk to the town or to the near beach.
