very good hotel

The hotel facilities are very poor. It only has two floors. I stayed on the first floor and it was in the basement. It was untidy! There was no elevator. It was my first time staying here and I would not choose it again!

It’s new and near many restaurants. It has two pools which my son favors. It’s convenient to park your car. But the staffs at the front desk are always busy, especially when we make calls from the room, we need to wait for a long time. And when we hang out the sign of privacy, they still get in and clean the room for us. Well, it’s fine but I don’t like my pajamas and underwear’s taken and put in another place.

The receptionists were friendly and efficient, making check-in smooth and pleasant. However, we couldn’t feel the room thoroughly tidied. Basic amenities like electrical kettle were not provided initially, but once we made the request, the staff responded promptly and resolved it quickly.

Good location to access Markham and Richmond Hill area. Have various kind of restaurants nearby but better to have car. A bit too far if to walk

Very good location in Richmond Hill. Very close to restaurants. I’m very happy that they will text you to communicate. Day one night we go to front desk to ask for hot water or kettle. He said he will send to me, but missing. Day two noon they sent me message to ask me if we have any need ? And they send the kettle to my rooms finally. Overall, I recommended this hotel.

On arrival we were greeted by a very nice clerk at the desk. We were told about all the amenities in the hotel as well as close by. Our room was spotless, modern and everything we required for our night's stay.

The hotel had so many pot smokers (along with cigarette smokers) and was in a very sketchy neighborhood. Had to ask the front desk if they could refill their snack shelves since they were mostly empty. The place is new, but AWFUL

Very clean hotel. Cleaning staff came every day and went beyond to ensure all supplies were restocked, towels etc. Pool and recreation facilities onsite are the best available in this whole area for any hotel. Good location, can walk to countless restaurants nearby, and easy to get to highways.

The room as amazing and perfect for our needs(three beds). Parking was a nightmare because it is shared with another hotel. The pool wasn't working for our entire stay but we were allowed to use the other hotels pool but every time we went to use the pool it was booked for private swimming lesson and were told we couldn't use the pool. not ideal when you book the hotel because you have small kids that want to swim. That being said would definitely book again.
