very good hotel

The hotel facilities are very poor. It only has two floors. I stayed on the first floor and it was in the basement. It was untidy! There was no elevator. It was my first time staying here and I would not choose it again!

It’s new and near many restaurants. It has two pools which my son favors. It’s convenient to park your car. But the staffs at the front desk are always busy, especially when we make calls from the room, we need to wait for a long time. And when we hang out the sign of privacy, they still get in and clean the room for us. Well, it’s fine but I don’t like my pajamas and underwear’s taken and put in another place.

The receptionists were friendly and efficient, making check-in smooth and pleasant. However, we couldn’t feel the room thoroughly tidied. Basic amenities like electrical kettle were not provided initially, but once we made the request, the staff responded promptly and resolved it quickly.

Good location to access Markham and Richmond Hill area. Have various kind of restaurants nearby but better to have car. A bit too far if to walk

Very good location in Richmond Hill. Very close to restaurants. I’m very happy that they will text you to communicate. Day one night we go to front desk to ask for hot water or kettle. He said he will send to me, but missing. Day two noon they sent me message to ask me if we have any need ? And they send the kettle to my rooms finally. Overall, I recommended this hotel.

Clean and comfortable

A solid choice, especially for the convenient location. The hotel is directly attached to the Sheraton and its convention facilities. No on-site breakfast included, but there's a Tim Hortons next door, plus a few Chinese restaurants within easy walking distance. Our room had two queen beds, which were comfortable, and it felt very clean and fresh, clearly recently renovated with modern finishes with a fridge and microwave. The narrow balcony was a nice touch for fresh air. The building only has two levels, but the corridors are extremely long, feels like a maze at times, and there are more stairs than you'd expect for such a low-rise property. Parking can be limited and a bit tricky, plan ahead, scout out spots early, and try to find an entrance closest to your room to avoid long treks through those endless hallways. One minor annoyance: the sliding shower door was installed at a weird angle, so it kept sliding open on its own during showers. Would stay again for the convenience to the convention center and the updated, clean room. Great value if location is your top priority.

We got a free room upgrade, great but the room was little bit stinky. It is old building but convenient location. Staff is kind.

The stay was great, and the place is very nice. The only issue is that when we made the reservation through Expedia, it said the room would have a refrigerator. However, it seems that all the rooms only have a minibar. That was disappointing, as the information on the Expedia website is incorrect.

Room was very comfortable. Staff was very courteous. A short stay but we were very pleased.

So many amenities on site, can’t wait to come here again!

The room, the staff, the amenities are all good. Unfortunately its a little noisy when hockey tournaments are on, & parents dont control their kids running & yelling in the hallways.
