very good hotel

The hotel facilities are very poor. It only has two floors. I stayed on the first floor and it was in the basement. It was untidy! There was no elevator. It was my first time staying here and I would not choose it again!

It’s new and near many restaurants. It has two pools which my son favors. It’s convenient to park your car. But the staffs at the front desk are always busy, especially when we make calls from the room, we need to wait for a long time. And when we hang out the sign of privacy, they still get in and clean the room for us. Well, it’s fine but I don’t like my pajamas and underwear’s taken and put in another place.

The receptionists were friendly and efficient, making check-in smooth and pleasant. However, we couldn’t feel the room thoroughly tidied. Basic amenities like electrical kettle were not provided initially, but once we made the request, the staff responded promptly and resolved it quickly.

Good location to access Markham and Richmond Hill area. Have various kind of restaurants nearby but better to have car. A bit too far if to walk

Very good location in Richmond Hill. Very close to restaurants. I’m very happy that they will text you to communicate. Day one night we go to front desk to ask for hot water or kettle. He said he will send to me, but missing. Day two noon they sent me message to ask me if we have any need ? And they send the kettle to my rooms finally. Overall, I recommended this hotel.

Parking was free and easy. The room was clean and spacious. The staff was friendly and made check in/out simple.

The blanket was very thin. It was cold sleeping at night. For some reason i was itching all night on my last night there. The shower shampoo and conditioner only last 1 day for 3 people in the room. I though i saw breakfast available which made me think breakfast was free and included like the other best western i stayed. The television have nothing to watch because i have to log into a netflix acct or toutube acct. I didnt do that because i probably forget to log out of my account. It was easy to ask room service for clean towels and soaps for shower. We gave the used towel for exchange. However the pool was nice and clean. The water was warm and the hot tube was very relaxing. Front desk should tell us the pool is inside the fitnedd club. It took me 4 days to find it. But texting front desk for information was easy. There are lots of restaurants close by the hotel which i like. Attractions are 30 min drive which was the reason i pick this hotel. The price wasnt too high for 6 nights. The parking lot is small and space are tight. But that was another reason i picked this hotel because there was parking available. I think this hotel was 3-4 stars. I know to look for breakfast included instead of breakfast available.
