房間與設備都很新 服務人員也很客氣 但住這裡要自駕比較方便

The quality of service of the man in the reception is really bad. He gave us a poker face. Besides, we found there some hair on the bed, then we want the hotel to change the beding, but he lied to us that the people who responsible for cleaning was getting off her work. Although someone came to the room to change some bedding, but still, not clean enough.

服务很热情，床很舒服，酒店离高速公路很近，比较适合住一晚第二天就开车走的人。

这里停车免费，但是出行只能靠车，我在这里休息了2晚，因为之前有段长距离驾车。附近有个山上的公园叫SIGNAL，就在东面，开车十几公里。还不错！

Chambre un peu petite, mais propre. personnel courtois. mais pas forcement présent à notre arrivée. Il a fallu attendre que la personne de l'accueil arrive. On est un peu perdu la première fois

It was a disaster! We got to our initial assigned room, just to find out that the A/C wouldn’t turn on at all. Then we got a new room…where the fan turned on, but later found out that the A/C never got cold. We were there for 5 nights and had to sleep with the windows open…and got bitten by mosquitoes. The bathroom light didn’t work. The TV didn’t work. And here’s the kicker: We asked that no one enter the room while we were staying there. We even confirmed this with the person who checked us in 3 times. We always left the “Do Not Disturb” sign on the outside of the door. Then, after coming back at the end of one day, we were shocked to see that the maid had entered the room, moved ALL our valuable things just to make the bed, and hung the dirty towels that were on the floor back up on the hooks. We were furious…but the same guy who had originally checked us in was so rude and couldn’t care less. He then proceeded to tell me that had they have a policy where the room has to be cleaned at least every 3 days….something that he NEVER told me, even after confirming with him originally on 3 occasions. If I had known that, we would have left right away. I demanded all our money back, but apparently there are no managers working on the weekends….hmmm…maybe this is the problem…shouldn’t the managers be there to oversee their incompetent staff on the 2 busiest days of the week??? It’s best that no one EVER stay here!

Basic but clean and quiet place. Surprisingly fantastic restaurant options within a 5 min walk. Good place to stay if you have business / family / acquaintances very nearby. Not a great place if you want to explore Lausanne (kind of far from the downtown area).

Typisches Ibis-Hotel. Man weiss, was man bekommt. Die nahegelegene Strasse ist ziemlich laut. Sonst alles wie erwartet. Liegt im Industriegebiet von Crissier. 10 Minuten zu Fuss ins Zentrum von Crissier
