Pros: The room cards can be used as theme park tickets during the stay. The swimming pool is attractive. Staff are polite and helpful. Good for family stay. Cons: The room is too dark. Facilities such as kettles or bottled water are not included.

On the evening of 8 June, I had to contact security because a large group of children were running up and down the corridors, knocking on my room door and patio door, and causing significant noise and distress. This was frightening for my young son and made us feel unsafe in our room. I am unsure whether security attended or what action was taken, as I was too scared to leave the room. The noise and knocking on my room door continued until at least 1:00 am. This had a serious impact on our holiday. My son was then too scared to sleep properly, and we were both exhausted the next day. We had a full day planned in the theme park and had also paid for fast track, which cost £260, because the parks were extremely busy with school children. Due to paying for this in advance, we could not simply sleep in or rearrange our plans without losing out on something we had paid a significant amount of money for. I reported the issue to reception the next morning, 9th June 2026. A lady who introduced herself as the manager on shift came to speak to me. She explained that school children are not normally placed in the same area as other guests, specifically to prevent this type of issue from happening. She then went away to check and came back to apologise and confirmed that school children had, in fact, been placed in the same area as me and my young son, and that this should not have happened. She advised that the group would be leaving that day, so the issue should not continue the follow

I liked the style and it was very close to the park I was missing the fridge from the room.

Not even a 3 stars hotel in my opinion... Worn out and old furniture, cheap towels, no fridge or mini bar in the room

鳥が飛んでいるので窓が開けられなかったり、窓に鳥のフンが付いていたりで不快でした。 また、アメニティも全くなく、紙コップが1人一個あるのみ、冷蔵庫もなく、夜お腹空いたなと思ってもBAR以外テイクアウト出来るとこは何もありませんでした。 また、自動販売機などもどこにあるのか全くわからず先に自分で用意してないと 水道の水を飲むことになりそうです。 朝食は色んなものがあり良かったですが、 コーヒーを淹れるのにかなり並ぶので、何台か増やした方が良いと思います。 私は10分待っていたが、結局豆切れで入れられなく、移動しました。 コーヒーメーカーの豆や水などなどは始まる前に確認して補充するべきだと思います。

Je suis allé plusieurs fois à Port Aventura dans différents hôtels mais je trouve que cette année, je vois vraiment la dégradation du parc, très mal entretenu, l'hôtel est vieillissant, sale, le buffet est beaucoup moins garni et de qualité qu'avant.

We went during school trip times so as you can imagine full of spanish kids who have no manners. But apart from this. The staff were amazing and couldnt do more to help you or try to avoid the kids during breakfast and Dinner. Room was fine, a/c was alright. Food wasnt the best options but enough for a picky eater like me. Fresh fruit. Bread, pastries ect

La habitación se ubicaba en un módulo que se notaba con cierta dejadez, quizás por no ser de los principales próximos recepción/área principal. Además hacía frío (el clima no funcionaba bien), no habían mantas, "0" detalles, alguna telaraña por rincones y puertas, etc. Luego, el restaurante muy al organizado ... colas excesivas para todos a pesar de reservar a una hora determinada de entrada y servicio. El buffet suspendido tanto en calidad como variedad. En fin, para no repetir ni recomendar.

Not a 4* hotel. It’s tired and in need of a facelift. Disappointed that restrictions to amenities were not flagged during the booking process.

We had to move to different room on two occasions due to water leaks. Staff were rude , unhelpful and at one point suggested for one move we had to pack up and go to reception to get new cards Property is in poor condition

Hôtel un peu vieillissant mais bien placé. Les Check in peu vite devenir fastidieux et très long … la Clim est ancienne mais fonctionnait dans notre chambre. Buffet du petit déjeuner très qualitatif !
