The suite room layout is weird, and less sun lights into the room, so feel a little dark. Elevator is old, felt like earthquake when taking. However, the front desk is very nice. Location is great with lower price in the region.

The room and facilities are old. It is not comfortable to stay for long but only sleep for overnight is fine. The breakfast is enough but not much choice. It is very convenient to go to shopping area and restaurants.

Incredibly friendly and helpful front-desk and housekeeping staff. Would answer my queries and accommodate my requests as best as they could. Convenient location: close to the Union Square, Powell Bart/Muni Station and the San Francisco Center (an AMAZING shoppers' paradise). Room is clean and well-kept. Offers simple free breakfast in the Breakfast Room from 7-10 am. Cozy environment overall. Only downside I've experienced is the unpleasant noise generated by the restaurant/bar right next to the hotel on weekend nights.

The building is old, and really not in the safest location, but it's next to many big name hotels and so close to union square and transportation.

Honestly, rooms in this hotel is super not worthy by comparing its price with the quality of the room. But hotel rooms in San Francisco is generally ridiculously expensive and this hotel is just 3 mins walk from Union Square, so what can you ask for. The room is a bit dark and the design is a bit outdated, and very interestingly the bedroom is actually quite congested while the bathroom is ridiculously large comparatively with so much space wasted. Anyhow other facilities were good: Air-con, TV and such. And by the way, the breakfast is the very simplified motel form of food.

As people who stay here said, thr room is so tiny. The building is old. The staff is friendly. The dining room for breakfast is small, only four tables. The breakfast is simple. It was noisy outside at night. The only two good things are the living price (cheap compare with other hotels nearby) and the location (close to union square, transpotation is convenience).

花1000多一天，还不如国内100元的经济酒店，除了位置方便，没有一点可取。

The location is very close to Macy and Powell BART (about 3 blocks). The room is very small and the toilet is spacious. Do not expect too much from the complimentary breakfast for Super8 is the motel grade.
