The hotel location is just right in front of the metro station. It's located between a supermarket and Burger King. Customer service needs to be improved though. They can't even provide me a sewing kit and extend the check out time from 12.00 to 12.30! Its only 30 minutes! I don't have problems with other hotels in extending the check out time but the receptionists at this hotel were not friendly at all! Please train these employees with the proper work etiquette.

Good hotel, near to station, clean room, comfort room.

Worse hotel ever! Need to deposit to use the iron, when I gave €50 and they don't have change, they just ask me to come back later when I have small notes. Worse hospitality ever. No fridge no microwave. Very basic hotel.

Location in the shopping mall and Metro station, so that easy to reach the city center by train.
