Good standard, convenient location, clean and fresh.

Happy to find this hotel very convenient to train & bus transportation but very nice at a great price. Friendly & helpful staff. Elevator, nice lobby, bar and then a comfortable room that was clean. Perfect one-night stay to visit Versailles. Appreciate the secure luggage storage. Huge shopping centre one block away.

Good for the standard but room a bit small & not much place of interest nearby.

So far stay are ok.

If you are driving (car), It is very convenient, since you have Versalies Palace at 5min and you can pivot to Trocadero Square (Eiffel Tower) in 25-30min. WARNING: Consider traffic of the morning, because those 25-30min DOUBLE.

This hotel is literally steps from the train and buses. I wish every property we stay at was this convenient to transport. It’s a very clean and comfortable room. Our only problem was being locked out a couple times. The daytime person would disappear into some back kitchen space and be gone for 10 minutes or more and the automatic door wouldn’t open. Loved the small fridge in the room. It was a pleasant experience to be here.

All fine for a busienss trip. Convenient location. Breakfasts OK. Staff friendly. Just a bit dated interior wise. But no real complaints. Went back to stay again...

Terrible stay at this hotel. I arrived to find nobody at reception and had to make noise to get attention. Then when I got to my room I found that the room was totally dark even though the curtains were open. I found the outside covered in scaffolding and sheeting so not only was there no light coming in there was also no way to open window as it was sealed up. Noise in the morning terrible from the works. Was told I could not change room. Probably the worst hotel experience I have had. Like staying in a dirty basement with no air or light.

Orleans was so worth a stop over. Lovely old pedestrian streets, beautiful stained glass in the cathedral, Joan of Arc everywhere and loads of restaurants and bars - and few tourists. Hotel has character, small spa (hot tub, sauna and steam room) very welcome at the end of a days walking. Nice room and charming staff even super helpful when we were leaving so seemed genuine.

The hotel staff understands english and was courteous

Very friendly staff.only thing that really bothered me was the breakfast , stayed there for 18 days so same breakfast everyday .overall had a great stay.

Hotel was perfectly situated for a meeting the next day. Very comfortable hotel and would book again, if I need to visit client in the future.

Good stay. Recently refurbished around the area. Much more pleasent. Great for ships and train connection to Paris

we booked this hotel assuming that it was a 4 star hotel close to the train station. The room given to us was small with little space to maneuver around the bed. the toilet was not clean. even though it was supposed to be a non-smoking room, one could tell that someone had previously smoked in there. the construction that was going around the hotel did not help either, as the machine sounds woke us up earlier than we wanted on our vacation. The food in the breakfast area was ok but way overpriced. i would not recommend this hotel and will not use it again.

Good location, internet connection was fast. Parking is available but if using the hotel parking, it's very tight. Hotel staff were very friendly. Did not try restaurant as they were closed Easter weekend.

I stayed at this hotel for a business trip, my company has offices close to the hotel. The staff are very nice and helpful, and the hotel is clean and in a good state of repair. I had a comfortable stay here, although it would be good to have in-room safes and an ironing board and iron by default in all rooms.

I visited this hotel on business. The hotel is comfortable and modern and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I had a good room, although since it was next to the lift shaft I did hear a noise every time the lift was going up or down. All in all a good stay though and I would visit again.

Hotel staff were amazing through entire stay! Rooms were clean & well maintained. Definitely on the small side compared to rooms in Asia but in line with European standard...comfortable bed. Restaurant is not the greatest but such a selection of great eateries within 5-10min walk you dont need it.
