Bad hospitality and bad management. The hotel was under renovation but I was not informed of. In the morning sharp at 9:00am, hammering sound just right above my room awakened me. When I stepped out the room, I found that my room was just like sitting in the midst of construction site. I went to reception desk, the staff was rude and said they are lawful to work. What a hospitality it is! I was very disappointed and angry about this. When I made a request to contact her manager, she told me that he is busy and so I have to sit aside and wait without knowing how long should I have to wait. I am sure that she had not pass my complaint to her head.

Room is large and comfortable.

The hotel is close to Gilmore Station and Brentwood Station. Just need to walk 7-8 mins to get there. Brentwood Centre is nearby.

Everything was good. Nice staff, clean accommodatations. A tad outdated and halls are very cold but it was of little issue. Would stay again.

Friendly staff, clean room, comfy beds and the jacuzzi bath tub was the cherry on top. Will definitely book their again!

The staff were amazing and super helpful with everything. Easy check in and out. We had a queen suite with a Jacuzzi tub and it was great! Only thing was the pillows weren't too fluffy so it didn't feel like we were sleeping with any but the bed was really comfy.

Customer service was awesime as always and room was absolutely amazing. This hotel has some of the best rooms in town for the price i paid. So close to so many restaurants and mall as well.

Clean comfortable room. The staff at the front desk and in the restaurant were all friendly. The food was excellent and very reasonably priced.

When we first arrived there pizza leftovers spilt on our room chair that housekeeping had missed, I shared my feedback that this wasn’t up to standard.

I stayed there one night and left the room the exact same way as I arrived. They kept my damage deposit with no reason as to why. Not that there was one to begin with. Avoid this place if there is literally any other option out there!

Staff was friendly and efficient. Rooms and general hotel was clean and well maintained. Self parking is plentiful and spacious. Close to shopping and many food options. Would definitely stay again!
