位置非常棒，就在教皇宫边上，另一边是美食和购物街，所以就得原谅它停车是如此的麻烦。连锁酒店的服务品质是有保障的。

我們這次總共訂了3間含早餐的雙人房,退房時竟被告知房價已含城市稅,不含每人每天的早餐費用,所以需要另外支付早餐297歐元,我們跟櫃台人員極力溝通,一開始飯店人員的態度讓我無法接受,認為我們白吃早餐而不想付款,後來我們據理力爭,浪費了一個鐘頭左右,才告訴我們訂房時已含早餐費用但不含城市稅,實在不了解為何發生此狀況,旅遊那麼多次,第一次碰到.

浴室跟房間都還算大，但浴室設計容易塞住，床蠻舒服軟硬適中，枕頭有點扁～有煮水壺跟冰箱保險箱很方便

酒店地理位置极佳，干净整洁，美中不足是洗手间太大，房间太小。

The location is very convenient, the castle and church are just next to the hotel. The hotel provides 2 free bottles of water and nice tea bags. To find good restaurants nearby is also not a big deal.

旁邊就是觀光景點，而且餐廳選擇多，又可到附近超級市場購買日用品，非常方便，性價比高。適合觀光旅客。職員服務態度好

離火車站10分鐘，但離各景點都很方便，房間舒適整齊

the best hotel all the trip. the room enjoys excellent view. the boy at the reception is so nice. my wife and I totally love this place!

入住時，櫃台服務員告訴我們預訂房間已包早餐，到check out時才說是她弄錯了，要我們付兩份早餐費用，真氣人！明知錯了也不早點通知人客，有被騙的感覺，我們不一定在酒店吃早餐的！

Fotos não dizem a realidade do hotel, não tem nada praticamente de serviço , nem um lanche conseguimos por lá, local de dificílimo acesso de automóvel e principalmente para transportar malas, cheiro ruim na entrada! Totalmente impessoal !!

Our stay was a mixed experience. The highlight was definitely the receptionist, who was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. She made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived and did her best to ensure we had everything we needed. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience didn’t live up to that excellent first impression. The hotel is in need of significant updates and better maintenance. When we checked in, there was a water spill in the reception area that remained there throughout the day, which didn’t create a great first impression. Our room had an unpleasant odor, and although the bathroom appeared to be newly renovated and was clean, the towels also had a noticeable smell. In addition, the room was quite warm, making it less comfortable than expected. The outstanding service at the front desk deserves recognition, but the hotel itself has considerable room for improvement to match the quality of its staff. Avignion as a town is impressive and magical.

Absolutely fabulous location! And every person on the staff was friendly and helpful. We could see the Popes Palace out our window and it was within a stones throw. We were very happy we chose this hotel.

Oddly, there wasn’t a waste basket anywhere in the room or bathroom. The hotel is in an excellent location, and the air conditioning works quite well. For Americans, the bathroom was small and could have used counter space. Staff was incredibly helpful!
