位置非常棒，就在教皇宫边上，另一边是美食和购物街，所以就得原谅它停车是如此的麻烦。连锁酒店的服务品质是有保障的。

絕佳的住宿地點，週邊既有古蹟又有美食，早餐也很豐盛，下次來也一定會再住這裡～

我們這次總共訂了3間含早餐的雙人房,退房時竟被告知房價已含城市稅,不含每人每天的早餐費用,所以需要另外支付早餐297歐元,我們跟櫃台人員極力溝通,一開始飯店人員的態度讓我無法接受,認為我們白吃早餐而不想付款,後來我們據理力爭,浪費了一個鐘頭左右,才告訴我們訂房時已含早餐費用但不含城市稅,實在不了解為何發生此狀況,旅遊那麼多次,第一次碰到.

浴室跟房間都還算大，但浴室設計容易塞住，床蠻舒服軟硬適中，枕頭有點扁～有煮水壺跟冰箱保險箱很方便

酒店地理位置极佳，干净整洁，美中不足是洗手间太大，房间太小。

The location is very convenient, the castle and church are just next to the hotel. The hotel provides 2 free bottles of water and nice tea bags. To find good restaurants nearby is also not a big deal.

飯店是我們常來歐洲常住的旅店，地點很好就在教皇宮旁，早餐算豐盛，房間小了些.其它都是算不錯的.

旁邊就是觀光景點，而且餐廳選擇多，又可到附近超級市場購買日用品，非常方便，性價比高。適合觀光旅客。職員服務態度好

離火車站10分鐘，但離各景點都很方便，房間舒適整齊

the best hotel all the trip. the room enjoys excellent view. the boy at the reception is so nice. my wife and I totally love this place!

入住時，櫃台服務員告訴我們預訂房間已包早餐，到check out時才說是她弄錯了，要我們付兩份早餐費用，真氣人！明知錯了也不早點通知人客，有被騙的感覺，我們不一定在酒店吃早餐的！

The friendliest staff! Nothing is too much, and they are just marvellous. Bed: good bed, linen etc as at Mercure - the room looks as though it may be halfway through refurb Bath: good strong rain shower, separate toilet in a v small room which was unusual Breakfast: good continental range

Hotel in pieno centro, all’arrivo Johan ci ha accolto comunicandoci che ci era stato applicato un upgrade e ci ha assegnato la stanza (unica) Privilege! Ultimo piano con terrazza ad uso esclusivo pressoché a contatto con il Palazzo dei Papi. Esperienza positiva.
