Very helpful front end staff!

Was happy to hear that there is security during the evening with what is going on across the street.

Pretty dated

Friendly staff, secure building, clean, comfortable, and most of all, the water machine in the lobby. ;) Seriously nice staff!

Very convenient

It was comfortable. Good bedding quality. Hot tub was dreadful. Embarrassing so. Gym was excellent.

Good steak house connected to hotel

Staff were very friendly and professional. Front desk staff who checked me in when I arrived was especially good.

Older property but very nice inside. Well maintained and the beds, towels and sheets are new. Smart TV!

Beautiful hotel and bed & pillows are very comfortable. Dined at restaurant onsite and the food is delicious and very expensive. Disappointed that they did not offer hot breakfast given it is considered a “plus” hotel . Provided granola bars, low quality packaged muffins, coffee and juice.

I was disappointed that this hotel did not still provide free breakfast. The coupon for an appy in the steak house was appreciated though. I have a plugin hybrid vehicle which requires a common 3 pronged plug for overnight charging. This was not available. I have stayed at the Best Western in Vernon and not only did they have a plug for my vehicle, they also had 4 level 2 chargers for fully electric vehicles to use free of charge

Clean and spacious. The front desk is helpful and friendly. They also offer grab and go light breakfast. It’s one of my fave hotel in town
