I really love the beach area it offered. The room is quite spacious and has balcony to look over the beach area. However, I do think that this facility has something to improve on.

If you want to feel safe in a hotel, DO NOT stay here. The hotel was lovely and we were given a better room upon arrival but aside from the weather, sadly, that's where the good stuff ends. I have never been so harassed, intensely started at, and objectified in all of my life (by staff members at that). Nice staff members were few and far between and the majority were leering consistently and making inappropriate comments. One staff member came up close to me at the buffet and touched me inappropriately, and I caught another taking photos of me. I wasn't able to relax at all around this hotel as I was not left alone for longer than 5 minutes and felt on high alert at all times. I did not report this to anyone as there are barely any women staff members so thought it pointless and unsafe to do so. I never leave negative reviews but I would strongly suggest that if you want to relax on your holiday and you are a woman on a solo trip, or with an all women party, please, please think again.

Room service is slow. But all else was good. We enjoyed our stay.

Service bad and the stuff doesn’t know anything and my room phone line not working for more then three day until I went to the baby twic every thing is bad

The food was very bad little options and the quality was horrible. The Service wasn’t great. The system in the resort as an all inclusive is faulty. A lot of restrictions on this and that. No shuttle service when I was advertised there is a 24/7 shuttle service.

Location and view were excellent

We had an exceptional vacation and stay. Especially the friendly staff and the hospitality make us want to come back. Examples are Hamada Shawki and Mohamnad (life guards and beach 4 front). Nader and Emad of Housekeeping. Mohammad and Hany from the main restaurant. Dr Eslam, the clinic Doctor. And especially security staff manager who asked the driver to take us to the hospital and stay with us and bring us back (many thanks). And all the staff were very accomodating. My wife fell and injured herself and being at this hotel made the process seemless. Exceptional hotel and location. Thank you to all.

I had a great experience overall,food could be a better by more spices and have more cultural varieties and do something about mosquitos its terrible

The staff where really helpful and the snorkling exceptional

It is a beautiful place with great staff and stable internet.

1- first they gave me a room just freshly painted the smell of paints I couldn’t stand and I had to change my room. Corridors to the room a lot of dust and remnants from renovations. . 2- changed my room to another room , poor air conditioning system only fan almost no cool air. 3- Elevator not working had to climb 100 steps down and another 100 up again to go the breakfast area. Staff always polite and accommodating. I hope I don’t have to go back to this hotel. again. I can’t recommend it to any of my family or my friends.

The hotel is going under renovation and construction staff everywhere causing loud noise in the early morning, all corridors to the rooms are dirty, room cleaning was very bad , the rooms were renovated but no deep cleaning was done to the rooms plus the daily room cleaning done was very bad. Overall i was shocked since this is not the Movenpick hotel standards i know.

Wonderful experience, great staff, awesome view, nice breakfast, lunch and dinner options. Beautiful beach. I would for sure recommend the horse ride they offer around the beach. The city was loud and hectic, primarily stayed in the resort.

The staff are so nice and polite and the hotel is tidy but they need to have golf carts to transport people around the hotel because it massive

Room was not up to par, they upgraded us to a better room which was the room that I had reserved . They broke the hand of my suitcase and hopefully I’ll make it back home with it . Food was average. I paid for all inclusive, when we got to the room we were surprised that the mini bar was not included

The staff at Movenpick went out of their way to look after us. They were very friendly and polite. The food was nice and organic. Ms Nada always offered a warm welcome at the restaurant entrance. Mr Ahmad and Mr Marvan made special drinks for us at the lobby bar. Many Mr Mohamads also did their best. The hotel building has aged a bit and some facilities need to be fixed but there seems to be a renovation program in place. Will definetly visit again !

The Movenpick hotel at Sharm El Sheikh was nothing short of excellent. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful. With special thanks to Mr Basyoni, the Food & Beverage manager, many thanks to the Mohameds (more than one), Nada and the chefs at the dining area as well as the bar staff Ahmed and Marwan, also Tito and Rita of the animation team. They all made our stay unforgettable. I can wholeheartedly recommend the hotel and Sharm El Sheikh in general for anyone who wants a truly memorable holiday experience.
