Room was cleaned apart from dirty shower end handle, broken bottom end of the kettle , reported to staff and sorted quickly and replaced new kettle.Room clean indicated but when we went back our room was Not cleaned @ All.Called hotel receptionist send housekeeper to cleaned our room. Good Hotel been here 3x.during Summer i think would be nice to modern "pool" area a bit old design and nice if music play while using the hotel pool access more inviting..its quiet there .Other than that still recommend stay @ this hotel for 2 nights not bad.

The staff was lively but this hotel really needs a facelift. The pool is really small which is why we booked the hotel. It’s a heated pool so if you’re looking for a cool down swim on a hot day it’s not this pool. The rooms look nice but the amenities in them are in need of some fixing. I booked a king bed room with sea view and was on the first floor so couldn’t see much of the sea with the dirty balcony railing in the way. The couch in the room springs were broken. It was fine for a one night stay and the air conditioning was amazing on a hot night. But the hotel overall wouldn’t stay at again

Got a great deal and for the price this hotel was excellent. Clean room, comfortable bed, great shower. Only criticism I’d have is the shelf in the bathroom is very low above the washbasin and it’s difficult to wash your face without water flying everywhere. Apart from that no complaints.

Great location with the pool being an added bonus. Very quiet even after England won against Norway

My virw was at the back but it was so lovepy to sit in the lonby or evdn javd breakfast lookkng out of thd windws

Before I made a booking, I made a phone call to inquire about the parking situation around the hotel. I fully recognize that it is beyond the reach off the hotel personnel what is going on with the traffic and the parking situation. What is not beyond their scope is to be honest about it and say that it is highly unlikely to find a parking spot on the street streets I ended up having to drive around the city for 45 minutes

The beach view is the best thing about this hotel - except we got a minute twin room facing inland! The ensuite bathroom so small the bath was half size in order to fit. It was so small the toilet was really difficult to flush because the flush was so tightly fitted between the bath and the toilet you could hardly get your hand on it. The bathroom sink was really slow at emptying so scum was always left around it. The common parts of the hotel looked decidedly 'tired' and not up to previous experiences we have had with other Best Westerns,

Nous avions vue sur les toits de l'hôtel, donc pas terrible, mais l'hôtel est très bien situé car il est presque au bord de la plage, une route les sépare. Environ dix minutes à pied du centre-ville. Vous pouvez avoir un tarif préférentiel pour le parking dans la rue auprès de l'accueil. Par contre, le mur de notre chambre n'était pas très propre, celle-ci était très petite. La douche était brûlante, impossible de faire couler de l'eau tiède. Nous nous attendions à mieux en prenant un Best Western.

NO PARKING. There is only street parking if you can find it. Hotels.com should not say this hotel has parking. They give you a permit so you don’t have to pay, but there is no dedicated lot. Room 184 is wonderful, breakfast is very good, location is good.

Small but decent enough room and most importantly Hotel sheets!!!!.... Location is excellent right on beach.... Breakfast offering is in line with price, just needs a bit of tlc.

Really amazing hotel, much better than I expected Rooms are very big, high ceiling and right in front of the sea for an amazing sea view . Highly recommended and will use this again. Big thanks to Mark for welcoming us despite us coming very late and the receptionists were super too! (Didn't catch either name) Rooms are clean and all staff are very helpful and great Keep up the amazing hospitality!

We knowingly booked a small room. The room itself was clean and decent enough. It was an extremely hot day so could have done with A/C or at least a better fan than that provided. The bathroom was too tiny to be practical. There was no shelf in the tiny shower and there was not enough room to bend down and pick shower gel off the floor. Overall the price was very reasonable so we were not expecting the world. Staff were friendly, the room was clean, and the bed was comfortable.

I was very disappointed with my stay at the Best Western in Eastbourne. The hotel feels very outdated and poorly maintained. There was no air conditioning in the room, only a small fan, which was uncomfortable especially during warmer weather. The room itself looked tired, with old carpets and paint peeling off in places. The bed was made from metal tubes and felt unstable and shaky every time I moved. The mattress was also very old and even stitched in some areas, which did not feel hygienic or comfortable. Breakfast was very basic and not particularly enjoyable. Overall, the hotel did not meet my expectations and certainly did not feel good value for money. I would not choose to stay there again.

Ontbijt is prima. Voor elk wat wils en in voldoende mate.
