各項服務及房間與公共區域在瑞士都算很好 雖然櫃檯服務人員人手不足，也是盡力盡快完成要求

庫爾古城能選擇的旅館很有限，ABC Quality 雖非上選,也是首選。旅館的位置無論是自駕或搭火車的首選、就在火車站和巴士站旁邊。 旅館就在古城商圈,無論購物、餐飲都有許多選擇。 我們住了三晚,除了購物,還去了博物館,博物館的餐廳、咖啡廳非常有特色,博物館的收藏品和展示品很有看頭。 三天裡我們吃了很棒的中餐廳（漢宮）和泰國料理。

Staff are friendly, and the location is awesome. Room is very clean and comfortable.

離車站近，生活機能好

The room is in perfect condition. The breakfast has various choices. Good location and easily assessable. Thanks for the staff for telling me the short-cut to the station.

酒店前枱員工非常友善，主動介紹附近旅遊景點和提供地圖。Ms Eliana 樂於助人，為客人解決問題。餐廳員工非常細心，早餐時特別詢問顧客是否對食物敏感，並主動送上關懷。雖然酒店五樓正在裝修，但工人非常友善，搬運物資時主動讓出電梯給客人，住宿期間亦未聽到裝修聲音。今次瑞士旅行，我對ABC瑞士Q酒店和她的的員工留有深刻印象。

飯店就在庫爾車站旁，走路約2分鐘。飯店有自備免費停車場，適合自駕旅客。早餐豐盛，餐廳相當典雅，婆有濃濃的歐式風格。早餐服務生相當優雅有禮，服務周到!客房乾淨，隔音良好。我們入住後，到小鎮舊城區徒步逛逛，相當悠閒。整體而言本旅館值得推薦!

非常近火車站

Great stay! Unbeatable location, friendly staff with detailed information in nice manner. Good surprise on birthday, with decorated room and cake. Will definitely stay here again if I return to Chur.

Compared with our stay in this hotel in 2011, it became perfect now after renovation: Unbeatably perfect location, modern and chic design, friendly and charming front staff, clean & tidy HUGE rooms, good air-condition, smart electrical controls, wide-variety of TV channels, free fitness and sauna usage, speedy wifi and delicious breakfast...etc. lots of points to praise~~ I could not think of anything to criticise. Even for the comparably high room price in the city, I think all of its pros would overweight this and make it good value for money if you look for a comfortable stay.

We only stayed one night there, However, Location is very closed to Train station, and Room is comfortable, and clean, breakfast is good!

地理位置佳、房間舒適、早餐超優 若有再來Chur依然會住選擇這一間

Great hotel with excellent location, just 2mins walk from station. Room is great and clean. Service is excellent and warm stuff. I am staying there for one night before I take the Glacier Express to Zermatt. If you will need to stay in Chur, highly recommended to stay there.
