Swimming pool was closed, half of the machines in the gym are broken, and the restaurant was ‘full’ even though there appeared to be only two tables occupied. Overall a poor experience, particularly for a hotel which markets and prices itself as having 4 stars.

Good location for Futuroscope. Staff very helpful and good bike storage within the hotel.

Nice hotel for a one night stop over. Good breakfast

Online checking, no comment, made as easy as possible, however the overall experience was slightly below what we experienced at Novotel Bordeaux in terms of reception and room comfort.

Hotel is kind of old stuff is friendly there is nothing to do around the hotel, except amusement park

Very noisy because too close from the highway. Didn’t like the room: old mattress and linen. Room and facilities are outdated. Breakfast was bad quality. Overall overpriced for the service.

Very comfortable clean room. Good public rooms. The breakfast was first class. Dinner was rather salty, good wines. Very friendly staff

Room and showers facility are ok. Service was ok. Restaurant design is too cold lighting is awful and very uncomfortable.

We were only staying overnight en route to holiday destination. Hotel caters really well for families visiting Futuroscope. But otherwise there is not much to do. Hotel is nice, and very clean. Staff in restaurant is very young and we had a few mishaps. But we would stay again if looking for accommodation in area.

2nd stay at this hotel : probably the best Novotel (by far) I have stayed at. Great rooms, much better than the average Novotels, and excellent breakfast selection.

I had a good stay at the hotel. The hotel had good parking and was very close to the A10 motorway, which good for long journeys form Spain to the UK via France. The bar and restaurant were a good size and provided a good selection of food and drinks. In addition , they had a heated outdoor pool, which appeared to be popular. The rooms were a good size with very modern facilities included an easy to use air conditioning system, that was needed on a hot day. Overall a very nice hotel and at a decent price.

Great location - walking distance for Futuroscope and easy drive into Poitiers. Good breakfasts and the pool was welcome in hot weather

Excellent location to visit Futuroscope. Otherwise, typical Novotel with great breakfast but moderate sleeping capabilities

Great place to stay with the family for a trip to Futuroscope! Very kid friendly with a little games room, toys for the kids and even a free pencil case and pencils. Good food, great service even down to quickly organising a room change (including putting up a cot and a spare bed) to allow us an early check in. 10 min walk (with toddler!) to the park. Would definitely stay here again if I was going to Futuroscope.
