the airline cancelled my flight and could not get another one on time, tried to cancelled but they declined, as per "policies", I think they should have an open mind and take in consideration the reason why sometimes people cancel. Expedia did not help at all, as I could not reach the hotel to cancel directly, in the site it gives you instructions to cancel but never directly to the hotel, so this was awful for us. thanks

It was a great experience to stay and staff members are very helpful.

1 staff member at busy times at checkin. Mattress springs visible Bed linen old and tired filthy floors in toilet room Airconditioning LOCKED to 26 degrees in summer!!

It's only convenient if you are going to the disco a block away from it. The room was small, and they gave us a double and a sofa bed even though I booked a double and 2 twin beds. I told the front desk about this, and they insisted my booking was for a sofa bed. This was incorrect. I have the confirmation that says 2 twin beds (I never book a sofa bed). The sofa bed was very uncomfortable and gave us back pain. The ladies at the front were helpful, and the hotel had a water fountain. But, there was no access to public transit, which makes it more expensive to move in Uber. Also they offer shuttle but the shuttle only works between 5am and midnight. You have to hire an uber if you need to be at the airport at 3am. Breakfast was good. They had a restaurant downstairs and some kids' activities. It's not far from Orly Airport.

It was all good but not perfect. I booked it because of prior experiences of Novotel but this didn’t look like one for some reason. Everything was just ok - better than Ibis but not as good as other Novotel chain. The breakfast was okay. I stayed at Novotel Suites Paris Issy les Moulineaux and everything there was as per Novotel quality, but this was not as good.

We had a comfortable stay. We would only say that the room service should say last orders at 10.30pm not that it stops at 11pm as at 10.45pm you could not order so after a long day we had to go to the near by mc donalds. Other than that the stay,staff was fantastic.

Does the restaurant serve French food, I asked. Of course! I guess a burger or a pasta made in France is French food. I was afraid of getting out in that vicinity to dine out, so it had to be that 4.5 euros for one very small coke. Expensive and bad food. Most of the staff were not friendly.

Someone smoked in their room and the smoke detector went off at Midnight. Staff were super unorganized and it took a long time to shut off the alarm.

Very basic for a Novotel- carpets showing its age, no amenities apart from soap and shampoo dispenser, staff not customer centric. In contrast to other 4 star hotels in Paris, this did not seem to have met my expectations. Focus was clearly on being a conference venue rather than a hotel for guests.

Our stay was limited for 1 night and we had pre booked our own taxi.

Our room was unbearably hot, even with the window open — in December! The breakfast was inedible, a complete waste of money. We returned a rental car to Orly airport and timed it to catch the free shuttle (the reason we booked this hotel) back to the Novotel but it didn’t arrive as scheduled so we waited in the cold for 40mins. We should have just stayed somewhere much nicer and caught an Uber. Staff were all very friendly but we were glad to have only stayed one night before catching a flight the next day.

Love the free airport shuttle and the breakfast was great

Front desk was very helpful and kind. Breakfast had great options. Happy with our stay.
