房間寬敞，設備維護不錯，房間是4人房，有上下2層，都有衛浴，還有個小陽台，不過洗澡水壓比較弱，會忽冷忽熱，其他都不錯。早餐還可以，一般的西班牙早餐。

空调真的没什么用，第一天被安排到一个走廊尽头的房间开着空调还又热又闷，第二天换房等了一个小时，又是个尽头的房间，空调好一丢丢，前台服务还不错

飯店地點位於小巷子內, 本身車位少且無法預定, 附近也都被停滿了, 開車要check in/out時有點麻煩. 飲用熱水只有在早餐時間提供, 需要再加強.

overall, it is a great experience to stay in the hotel. however, it is far away from the central location.

Hotel is far away from the centre. My room is closed to reception and lift, it is crazy noise at night. :(

The hotel is located at at San Viecente Street which is just around 15 mins walk from the city centre, which is very conventince. The hotel itself is very cozy, and the Staff are very friendly too, especially Ms Naomi & Juan , they are very professional and informative.I would recommend this hotel to all of you. Great Deal and Great expecience.Would like to recommend Bar Rodríguez, Sevilla, just 3 min walk from the hotel, great people and the Sangria was really great too

My first single room 217 was clean but little access to sides of bed, side lights didn’t work, and almost impossible to access wardrobe as tight squeeze by table. The bathroom was large but a tiny bath. However, the noise was horrendous from both sides with every flush of toilet, shower, basin and people talking, laughing loudly. Sounds of piano, singing from the Reception tv echoed up and older people talking late at night. I found it a nightmare with no insulation ! They did supply a kettle, as requested, with sachets. The staff kindly changed my room to a single 223 roadside, which was much better. More accesible/spacious wardrobe and large shower. The room was discreetly tidied each day with clean towels, if needed and the body lotion was luxurious. Also nice handwash, shampoo, conditioner. The breakfast buffet was fantastic with a wonderful choice, bright dining area with tables cleared rapidly. Quite out of the main town, so lots of walking/bus trips and checking-in, etc can be slow as only one receptionist. The staff were smiling and very helpful. Overall it was a pleasant stay in a lovely hotel. Seville is a very beautiful city with much to see and beautiful parks and a regular and efficient bus service.

La habitación está limpia pero las cortinas no cierran bien y entra bastante luz. Por otro lado, está poco insonorizado. Lo peor ha sido que estos días hacía calor en Sevilla, tienen la calefacción sincronizada con el tiempo, por lo que aunque pongas el aire acondicionado te sale aire caliente. Por suerte, me pudieron proporcionar un ventilador. El desayuno muy correcto.

Pegamos dois quartos. Um dos quartos mofado, Velho e com gesso danificado . O Outro quarto muito pequeno. Café da manhã muito ruim. Não recomendo . Trocamos de hotel .

L'hôtel est propre et bien tenu. Pour une mystérieuse raison mon ordi n'a jamais pu se connecté au réseau WIFI ce qui m'a beaucoup gênée.La jeune fille à l 'accueil qui a essayé de me dépanner n'y est pas parvenu non plus .Elle m'a laissé utilisé le PC de l''hôtel ça dépanne mais ce n'est pas comme son propre matériel. Le fait de prendre l'empreinte de ma carte de crédit à l'arrivée m'est tout à fait désagréable , c'est comme faire un chèque en blanc à n'importe qui , je préfèrerais payer même à l ' arrivée.Et le fait qu'au moment du départ quand j'ai demandé un reçu on m'ait répondu que c'était impossible et du fait des problèmes de connexions précédemment , je ne pouvais pas vérifier moi même.Qu'on ne puisse même pas m'indiquer le mntant facturé , quelle que soit la raison , je ne trouve pas celà normal et très choquant.A l'avenir je ferai mon possible pour éviter des hôtels ayant une telle pratique.

Quarto impecável limpeza espetacular cama confortável.

Room and property were very clean. Bed was very comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

Ants everywhere in the room. There is no coffee, any cooking possibilities, nor restaurant available. Brekfast was quite nice though. Muurahaisia huoneessa, mistään ei saa kahvia ja sijainti aika kaukana. Aamiainen oli aika hyvä.nähtävyyksistä.

La habitación que nos asignaron estuvo perfecta; estaba aislada de los pasillos principales de la primera planta y con vistas al restaurante. Todos los días tuvimos servicio de habitación y cambio de toallas, así estuviera el aviso que queríamos reusarlas. Escogimos hospedaje y desayuno. El desayuno muy completo, fresco y variado. Siempre hubo reposición de todas las bandejas hasta la última hora de buffet libre. Las chicas de la recepción muy atentas y serviciales en todo momento.
