Perfekt beliggenhed og dejligt med en pool i varmen

Historic hotel with a very nice garden perfectly located within the city walls. Unfortunately all warm breakfast dishes was to order and after 30 minutes and numerous attempts we gave up and left. It’s just incredible how ignorant the breakfast personell could be. Perhaps it would be a good idea to have at least some warm eggs available in the buffet.

Great location, comfy beds a little crowded pool wise but definitely a good choice to explore the area

Lovely hotel with great amenities. The pool was good and well maintained. The hotel is in a great location for the medieval town. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Koselig hotell i idylliske omgivelser. Autentisk, men med moderne og romslige rom. Utendørs bassenget med kiosk var utmerket for barna. Anbefales!

Perfect location next to medieval town. Very nice pool. Free parking. Good room. Breakfast okay, had better.

Very clean, staff very friendly, perfect location to visit La Cité. We parked our 7 mtr Motorhome easily. Gardens were a treat. Everything was well maintained. Great food and good selection of wines. Would definitely recommend and will visit again.

Location, location, location. Views of the walled city right from our room. On site parking was a key factor for us as well.

The manager and staff are very friendly, welcoming and so obviously love running a hotel and making guests feel at home. The room is spacious and pristine which must take a ton of effort because parts of the hotel infrastructure are a bit worn down and could do with a renovation. The welcome biscuits were a nice touch although I sadly have a dairy intolerance so could not eat them but the other member of my party sniffled them up. The aircon is a must especially with it being 40C outside. It seemed to be struggling a bit so that may need investment. I loved how the hotel is nestled in the hills and a short walk to La Cite of Carcassone. The swimming pool was very welcome in the long afternoons.

What a lovely stay. One of the friendliest hotels I’ve recently stayed at. Room was large and comfortable. Facilities are great and we made use of the pool in the heat wave. Location is fabulous and only a 5 min walk to the medieval city. Thank you so much for a lovely stay.

Good value hotel with very helpful and nice staff. Good value and decent range for buffet breakfast

It wasn’t a 4 star hotel experience. It can be seen like it from the way is advertised and looks on pic. The room was small, no proper mugs for coffee in the room just paper one ( no milk sachets provided either which with the amount of English tourists visiting ( drinking tea with milk ) is kind a strange). Cleaning issue in the bathroom especially around the edges of the shower. Room was not cleaned one day at all. Second day cleaned only partially ( bed was made but bin not emptied and dirty cups left on table not cleaned ). Staff were friendly but unfortunately not all of them speak English. Breakfast was good but poor selection of coffees ( no cappuccino or latte ) just basic one. You can definitely find better options for 4 star hotels in similar locations.

Rooms were clean and very functional. Air conditioning worked perfectly well. Checking was quick and efficient no unexpected issues at all Staff very helpfull. Breakfast quite nice for the value. Very clean I wish we had another day to enjoy the pool and outside areas it looked very inviting.
